Alex ‘11’? That was just what was written on her name tag was super harsh and rude and while I was ordering through the drive thru I just felt rushed. She seemed annoyed and it might have been the fact that she was taking orders outside while it was drizzling but she DEFINITELY let her nasty attitude be shown. She was talking so fast I couldn’t even understand her. Just left a sour taste in my mouth from that experience. Work on your customer service.

Never fail's I love the food but the service is never on point my Oders always missing something Today I ordered bean and cheese add sausage missing the cheese Also most of the time is small portions for 3.70 a taco For me it’s not the price If your gonna charge a good price I’ll pay but make it worth it not skimp out on it And they forgot my brownies Once again no cheese 3/16/2025 🤦

Food is good. But hate That they change prices and don't update the menu before implementing the changes.... So you think you are spending $8 & change for breakfast tacos and it ends up being over $10. So frustrating
Update: My daughter and I decided to get the turkey po-boy and fries combo. The sandwich was excellent! Not sure what happened to the fries but by the time they got home, they weren't tasting 100%. Maybe because they were cold? I'm not sure. Other than that, convenient and easy to order through the drive-thru. ---break--- For the first year ever, I decided to use Bill Miller BBQ holiday meal for our family Christmas Day lunch. Ordering online was simple and pick up was a breeze. This location even answered a simple question I had prior to me picking up my order allowing me to arrive sooner. Great experience and highly recommended! The food was delicious. We were too busy enjoying it to take photos! Hopefully next year! Have a great 2025.

I went to Bill Miller‘s for the first time visiting family that lives in San Antonio, Texas. And the food was amazing. The staff was very friendly. I can’t remember what I got, but it was delicious and I loved this soda called big red.

Bill Miller's has some of the best barbecue. The tea is excellent as well. The prices are a little pricey but well worth it..

Food was okay. I didn't complain because I was very hungry but the chicken tenders were dryyyyyy, the marinated onions in the restaurant were old and had no flavor it looked like they had been from a previous day and the fries were Luke warm and soggy. Bad thing about it is, one of the managers gave us our food and if he didn't see the fries and rethink giving them to me then he must have not cared. Briskwt was very salty and dry too.
Worst bacon & cheese taco ever. One slim bacon slice, cold shredded cheese. Yuk.
