The girl (Aricelli) had a poor attitude he dropped out order on the table when asked for lids started to pick the order up dropping ice cream on my leg without an apology the returned throwing the lids in the table then when asked her name and she told us then walked away, throwing her arms up. I understand the previous customer was giving the cashier a hard time over an erroneous order, but there was no need to take their frustrations out on us.

Today I was going through drive-through and trying to pick what I want and then a lady comes on and says what do you need. When someone goes through the drive-through make sure you have the courtesy to be nice and not say what do you want in a rude voice that person should get fired. They need to hire people that are smiley and very courtesy to people that go through drive-through and inside.

It’s been a little while, because the DQ is 50 miles away from my new location, that I last ate there, but the Customer Service was Outstanding and the Food was Awesome, nice and Fresh and still Hot when it was brought to my table, and the young ladies that waited on me, behaved very professionally. Another thing that grabbed my attention was how Everyone was Smiling. Something I Don’t see very often where I live now. Keep up the Great Job !

Dairy Queen more like Hairy Queen. The employees here do not wear hairnets and they all have luscious locks and beards. My friend had a very long curly hair inside of her onion rings. Pretty sure Texas FDA food code requires hairnets
