The Castroville store is our preferred location of DQs near us. We get fast and friendly service every time. On our most recent visit, our 4 year old dropped his chicken strips on the floor while unbagging his food and they replaced the strips for us right way ❤️

Very disappointed, and not the first time this has happened..I'm just hoping for a better outcome when I go and order ice cream but obviously that isn't happening! Ordered a banana split, and for the prices we pay I would at least hope they can make it correctly!! As you can see I have no strawberries, I have a drop of chocolate fudge, it's basically all vanilla ice cream! Not to mention a part of the banana was brown, just covered in more vanilla ice cream...?

I've been getting food here since 2019, the service is good, the workers are fun, it's warm, and it looks nice, clean, and it's overall a positive place to be in. My only complaint is but a mere suspicion, there is a WiFi named something very explicit, however I do not know if it's from the DQ, or a place close by. I think it's funny, but it's not appropriate for any minor, but there are worst problems in the world than a WiFi name, there's alot of emos there too. I think they're cool. Sorry if this review is not helpful, I'm eleven, so my writing skills suck.

Was out cruising and decided to head out to Castroville. While there, I stopped here for some lunch with my wife. This is, by far, the cleanest fast food establishment I've ever stepped foot in. I mean, they served me chili cheese fries on an actual plate. Everything was so clean. Whoever is the manager here needs to open up their own restaurant across the street from here.

THE BEST Dairy Queen around the San Antonio area. I will gladly drive here over all other ones (especially Helotes).This Dairy Queen was clean, efficient, fast with the ordering and food prep service, employees were friendly as well. My blizzard filled to the top of the cup. It was delicious! Portions were what they were supposed to be.Plenty of parking. Convenient location off of HWY 90. Kid-friendly.Absolutely worth the drive here! I’ll be back to this one form now one. Hopefully the food is as good, we’ll be trying it next time.

I don't know what's up with all the fast food restaurants in Boerne but I'm sitting here at Dairy Queen 20 minutes into the line and all I want is an ice cream and a soda and I'm still waiting and then when I get it it's gonna be melted in my ass is gonna be gone cause I've already poured my soda and price everything up there while I wait for these other two in front of me as parts and it's all going to be melted and nasty Dairy Queen needs help or they need to open up the inside or something 20 minutes in line for an ice cream Minnesota is too much.
