Our Go To Place after church on Sundays. We're never disappointed as the quality of food, service a speed of when we get our meal is consistently Very Good. Huevos Rancheros and Menudo are the foods of our choice. It's a nice restaurant in Castroville TX.
Food good. Service good. However, the setting is always ridiculously noisy. Not the first time I've been there when there is music piped through the restaurant speakers playing one tune competing with music from the kitchen playing another tune (apparently, to entertain the kitchen staff). Music played in any restaurant should be at a volume that is not overwhelming and annoying... faint background at best and not blairing for staff pleasure. In this case, you get that nuisance...
The food was absolutely delicious! Mary our server was very kind and made sure my coffee was never more than half full. It was about 20 per person including beverages and a plate of food. It was a little pricey but the plate size was worth it.
