This establishment turns away $$$ if you dont have a pedigree. At any time they could have said, "REServations only". Would been much better business standard. Instead of just being rude. It does not matter how green your money is. You must be of a royal bloodline. If your not Princess Diana herself. This establishment thinks itself in the caliber as Rolex. If you don't like to be treated like that don't stop here. No matter how beautiful the facility is. I have stopped monthly for almost a year. They are not even creative when they insult your ability to read the signs.

We have eaten here many times over the last two years and have always loved the food and scenery. Our most recent visit was about a week ago, and we ordered truffle fries (which we have always loved) and two entrees. My entree was fine, but my fiances was cold and not quite as described. The real tragedy was the truffle fries. Completely different. Regular thick-cut French fries with a tiny bit of seasoning and parmesan cheese. A TINY bit. We also had to ask for the dipping sauce, which was completely different, too. They gave us a cup of spicy mayonnaise. Price was the same as before. Not sure if the kitchen staff has changed, but hopefully they remedy that issue so we can enjoy our old favorite appetizer in Castroville again. If you want a drink and a view, it's still great. Definitely pass on the fries for the price.

Me and my family went there for Mother’s Day!…customer service was bad, the food was awful, we couldn’t not even eat and yet we had to pay such an expensive check. I got in contact With Jessica who is in charge of the restaurant and she said she was going to help and after a few emails she totally ignored me. Please don’t go there if you want to avoid a bad experience!
