The employees are always arguing in the back. I ordered food on the app the other morning and when I got there they said they had none of my items… they said my money would be returned and never was. Then when I called to speak to a manager he hung up on me and never answered again.

Showed up at 10:45 they told us they weren’t serving anyone because they close at 11:00, maybe change your times to 10:45 so people don’t drive over there thinking you’re open.

The kids at the window need to to better. The boy who gave us our food was great and very nice. But the other one need some work. I told them I was missing a big Mac the kid with glasses came to the window and told me it was in the bag. I told them I got one but not the other. He went back to talk to 2 people and then came back and told me again it was in the bag. Again I said no I only have 1 and we ordered 2. Then tells me to give him both bags. So I did, and then he asked me in a way that sounded accusingly if I was missing the other burgers as well. Again, said no just the Big Mac. After having to repeat myself 4 to 5 times they finally brought me out the food I was missing. But the fact that I had to continuously repeat myself to the same kid and then him acting like I'm trying to get extra food for free was a little ridiculous.

On Wednesday, the 21st, I visited the drive-thru to purchase two iced coffees. I only stopped because the line was short, and I anticipated fast service. However, the experience was far from fast. I paid for my order at 12:15 PM and waited in line for approximately 10 minutes before the employee at the second window informed me that they were out of iced coffee… Although different coffees were offered, by the time I left, it was already almost 12:30 PM. Despite there being managers, a supervisor, and a general manager assisting at the front, the line remained stagnant during my wait. I can only imagine the wait time had I ordered food. Folks should really just take their business to the new Acosta McDonald’s up the road on Montgomery to avoid this mess..
