Menudo is always on point Diffrent story today! Tht was the worst menudo i think I’ve ever had! They cooked it too long and the carne guisada wasn’t tender at all and chewy! SMH Glad we only got small menudos. Been goin there since like May and has never disappointed till today. Not sure if they changed cooks or someone else made the food this weekend but it all sucked bad bad! Now we have to think about where’s there another good resturant for menudo

Definitely won’t be coming back to this restaurant or recommending. My husband and i ordered birria tacos and tacos aside and a fiedo sopa for our son. Every plate had the same weird taste as if they reuse their oil. The Fideo has to be one of the worst things ive ever tasted in my life. We didn’t even get to finish our food, we left everything. We did have to explain to our waitress and she was very understanding & respectful about our experience. Very disappointing considering it has such high reviews.

My husband and I passed by this restaurant several times. We lived in Hondo going on three years. We finally got a chance to stop in and eat breakfast. From the beginning of our entrance into the restaurant, we were greeted with kindness, respect, and we fell in love with the restaurant already. We were family in the eyes of our server and the staff. All smiled and actually gave us a feeling of being grateful that we were there. Not only is the service stellar, so was our food. I ordered the carne asada plate. It was delicious & outstanding. My husband ordered the three piece crispy tacos plate, it too was amazing & delicious. Not much to look at from the outside, but well worth stopping inside for a bite.

man i could rate this place 6 stars if i could , service , food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. shoutout to our server gina she was so welcoming and kind to us , and as well as all the staff. ordered a menudo and street tacos and food was absolutely delicious and beyond flavorful. parking was a little awkward but definitely worth it , i recommend this place 💖💖

Went with family, placed order. They got it wrong so I sent it back. Took forever to get my food and when they brought it back, it was still wrong and then my father ordered a burrito plate and the plate was supposed to come with rice and beans which was not on my plate so then they took it back and brought it back again and said the rice and beans was put in the burrito which is NOT supposed to be in there. Waiter was rude and unprofessional and after sending our food back more than 2 times I asked for it to go because I was already upset and lost my appetite. My mom's food on the other hand was disgusting
They recently got new management and the Quality went way up! They remodeled the restaurant and The food is so much better now. 10/10
