Sam is super welcoming. He gave me a free quesabirria and Chicharrones taco to try. Wow. So good. I got Al Pastore tacos done just the way I like with onion and cilantro and a torta done to perfection. Love the spot…authentic food…welcoming owner.

Came here with my wife and was blown away to be honest. I never write reviews but this place made a lasting impression on me and I had to share my experience.

This place is as close to a real Mexican experience as you’re going to get. It is in the middle of the road in this little area with makeshift eateries. The gentleman who I believe was the owner made small talk with us. We talked about food and Mexico and how he has a real passion for cooking, I knew immediately I was in for a treat because of how genuine this person was.

After I ordered my food the gentleman let me try a complimentary chicharron prensado taco and it was the best taco I ever had. I highly recommend this on your visit.

If you ever been to Mexico and eaten at a roadside kitchen you would know that you are not eating store bought ingredients. Everything is hot and made from scratch and this is how I felt in La Norteña. The bolillo was perfectly pillowy and toasted, the taco was HOT and crunchy and juicy (real mexican food is always very hot) Me and my wife loved it and we ate so much food that we had to leave with our pants unbuttoned ;)
