You simply can’t go wrong with a stay at Lost Pines. The amenities across the board leave you wanting nothing else. The coral was one of my favorite things about this property. Simple to get to from the airport as well.

Beautiful property great trails, golf and livestock. The Staff is very friendly, hardworking and attentive that go over and above. Just ask and they will do their best to accommodate or offer alternate solution.

Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and good service. Sushi by Scratch is an amazing dining experience. People were friendly, and grounds were well manicured. I would highly recommend Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort

This property was amazing. So many things to do and just walking around was gorgeous. The rooms are large and very well appointed. The staff was kind and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting.

From the location, the property and buildings, helpfulness and attitudes of the staff everything exceeded my expectations. I arrived very late at night and the check in process was smooth. The grounds and facilities were beautiful, and although I did not get to try the spa, golf club or gym, they all looked fantastic

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines remains one of Hyatts premier property’s. Everyone working there makes You feel extremely welcome and appreciated. The resort is Extremely well maintained and the grounds , hiking trails and excellent restaurants make for a very well rounded home away from home experience. My wife was treated to one of the best birthdays she has ever had. The GM, front desk attendants, hostesses , all magically wished Her a happy birthday all weekend. The Spa is excellent and all of our treatments were top notch.

We loved our stay at Lost Pines. We were amazed at how well cared for the property is! We love the grounds. You can bike, play horseshoes, walk and see animals, and play golf. The spa is gorgeous and the staff is very accommodating. We had a nice dinner at Stories, and we will be back.

Overall Lost Pines is a very nice place to go. However, the prices are outrageous. $17 for a glass of wine, $23 for a cocktail, and $68 for a pork tenderloin. We more than likely won’t be back. We’ve been Hyatt members for a few years and have gone to Lost Pines religiously twice a year for the past 10 years and these new prices from the new owner are pure lunacy. It’s 5 star dining and drink prices for longhorn steakhouse quality food and drink. Good, but not worth the price tag. They have done a lot of remodeling and rebranding of the restaurants and lodging, so I imagine that’s why they increased the prices.

The resort is very nice, although the remote location leaves you stuck at the resort for all food and beverage options. And they fully take advantage. If you had kids, only options are the sportsbar or the buffet. The buffet is $50 per adult, and they offer no discount for vegetarian option. Kids were $21 for cold chicken fingers and make your own sliders. The waterpark is oversold on the website. Pool is small and shallow so the water is extremely warm and the slide is underwhelming. The lazy river was nice. The other properties in San Antonio (Hyatt and Marriott Resorts) have much nicer water features. Also service at both restaurants and front desk were lacking. Waitstaff seemed put out by any request and never removed used plates at buffet. And after my daughter suffered an injury, a nice maintenance man went behind the front desk and got us some Neosporin. The next day we asked the front desk clerk for some more and she looked in a drawer and said they were out and that we would have to purchase in gift shop. Overall just not worth the money.

A great place for a family trip. Lots to do on premises and recent renovations did a nice job of keeping it fresh. We come every year with a large group of family and we love it. We loved the new restaurant concepts and, as always, the pool. I’d like to call out John at the spa. He gave me a great massage. His approach is unique, but his targeted approach did wonders for my back (who knew that my right leg tension was causing my back tension). He also gave good instructions for maintaining my new, relaxed back.

So many activities and things to do, which made the one day stay feel longer. Highly recommend for a hot summer day. The river and pool area is well maintained and a nice view along the Colorado river.

Hotel needs a refresh in all areas - rooms, kids game areas, fishing poles, rooms, and so on. We did a moms/sons trip and I would not recommend at all. Lazy river is fun, however waterpark is one slide, and pool is not nearly big enough for as large as the resort is. Service, while very friendly, is ridiculously slow - and nothing is inexpensive.
