This place always had sort of a bad smell, but the last time we went was absolutely disturbing. It smelled like a farm or zoo. As soon as we walked in, I thought we were at the horse stables. We couldn't eat there, so we left right back out.

They're known for their Chicked Fried Chicken, and they live up to it! This location is always clean, and the bathrooms are as well! Good atmosphere and the employees are always so nice. Definitely one of my favorite locations!

My family and I were planning to dine at this Cotton Patch location. We walked in and were quickly seated. As we were being seated, I noticed that the restaurant was not that full at all. We waited at least 20 minutes while workers were going around serving others and ignoring us. The manager even came to us and mentioned the $5 appetizers and desserts special of the day. Yet, he did not attempt to get us drinks nor take our order. In the back, there was even a girl who was just texting on her phone and standing around. We got up and left. As we were walking out, the hostess said, “Thank you for coming.” and the manager said, “Where are y’all going?” Wow. Cotton Patch needs to reassess their workers and consider firing this crew. Please do not go to this location unless you want no food and bad service.

Never have I ever seen a restaurant with SO MANY unprofessional workers.I have been waiting on an order for 20 minutes. Someone who has been waiting for 30 minutes has complained that they've been sitting there for that amount of time.A few minutes later, I overhear the manager make fun of the guy to another employee saying "Well he's gonna have to wait another hour" and then not only that, Employees are walking by us at the counter saying shady things to eachother like "Oh I'm not doing to go orders"Do not ever eat or do delivery services like doordash at this establishment.

Stopped here for dinner with my daughters on a Thursday evening. Wasn't very busy when we came in. The waitstaff was kind and professional. The food came out in a timely manner and hot. One of my daughters order spaghetti but instead of spaghetti noodles it was made with spiral pasta which she wasn't happy with. Both of my daughters chose fresh fruit as one of their sides and it was a cup of sliced strawberries. I assumed it was a mix of fruit. My burger was pretty greasy but it was still a good burger. The establishment was well maintained. Definitely will come back and try something else on the menu.
