I would like to compliment the cooks at the @Cotton Patch in Cedar Hill. I ordered dinner through DoorDash tonight, (1/9/26).
The chicken & dumplings were outstanding with generous dumplings & chicken with corn and baked broccoli & rice casserole. I ordered 2 servings for lunch tomorrow.😂😂
I ordered my husband the delicious 🤤 meatloaf, baked squash and garlic mashed potatoes.

My friends and I went to the Cotton patch in Cedar Hill several months ago after they were under new management and everything was really good. The service was excellent. Even the manager came by and talked to us. However, it was a different story today, December 31, 2025. We sat there for 35 minutes and no one came to take our order. We did get water.
