Simply one of the best breakfast experiences we’ve had in a long time. Personal, family-like, friendly atmosphere. Amazing home cooked food. We loved everything we had including the omelette and especially the bacon. It’s a must-have! Most of our breakfast didn’t last long enough to be photographed! :-) And the longtime family history is evident by their love of what they do! If you’re nearby stop in. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll leave in a more joyful mood...

If you’re looking for authentic, fresh-cooked food, this is the spot. The ham was thick, bone-in, and packed with flavor. The scratch-made biscuits were the perfect accompaniment. You can tell they cook everything to order because the food arrives blazing hot. Highly recommended!

I felt like I went home! This place is so welcoming, I felt like I have always come here. My waitress and the owner were wonderful and the food was awesome, some of the best chicken I have ever had. Full of flavor and crispy! I had chicken and waffles with scrambled eggs, the eggs were like home scrambled eggs. I even got hugs when I left. I will for sure go back! Thanks for the wonderful atmosphere Mr. James Restaurant staff and owners!
