This place. Where do I start. . . .So, I've been ordering from this location for years. Never had any complaints. I ordered pizza last week and one of my pizzas was burnt. I called to I called and the guy told me that I would have to come and get it and I told him that I could not. Then, he put me on hold for 14 minutes. I hung up and when I called right back they put me on hold again. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and this was their response.

After several years of good food and quality service, tonight was a deal breaker. After waiting an hour, we received the wrong order. Not just wrong toppings but someone else's order entirely- from the other side of town! I waited on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone only to be told to come pick up my order if I wanted it remade, told I didn't order what I did (I was looking right at the order!)
