Customer Service is nonexistent.
Placed online order & drove a long distance to pick up order. The salad was mea! Should have stopped at jack in a box or chick fila. Got home and had zero salad dressing & it clearly shows that I ordered extra dressing. Bread did not taste fresh & they Did Not include butter for bread. I called 3 times to speak with someone & was put on hold for over 25 minutes! Seems that is how they handle a customer service issue! I regret I paid over 25.00...read full review
I have been a longtime customer saltgrass. Recently over the last couple of months, each time I went into the restaurant and ordered a fillet. I’ve had to send it back because it was undercooked. All the Chef would do was just re-cooked the steak and it would end up being overcooked.

The hostess at the door was rude..service was just ok ,but slow...the only saving grace is surprisingly the food was very good..almost turned around and left after the rude lady with an attitude before she sat us..And ordered a couple bottle beers barely drinkable..not where close to cold..
