The food here is usually good and they have a nice variety but I went yesterday and just did not have a good experience. The young lady at the window in drive thru had a horrible attitude. My sandwiches were also wrong but it was not worth it to go back. I would rather spend my hard earned money on better service.
Really sucks that you say your dining in hours are until 10pm but your staff locks up the restaurant at 8:30p. I used to love coming late at night to Wendy’s with friends and getting frosty and fries and chit chatting till the place closed up. Apparently no more. Just while parked here I’ve seen no less than 8 people try to get in for a late night snack. Apparently you’ve made the business decision to be drive thru only. Such a shame.
Wow , is the only word I can say . There was a young cashier that was amazing. I have to say , I have a very picky wife and I do mean picky , anyway the young lady was sharp she when from me to her with out missing a bet , all I could do is be amazing in the professionalism of this young lady. I have more respect for the company. Thank you . I think the character's name was Madeline.
