Still cannot believe I just experienced this… Every now and then I treat myself to a pretzel. There is a Wetzel’s near my house in Hill Side Village. I stopped in tonight to get one.
Young lady asked what I wanted and I said, ‘one salted pretzel please and I need it served to me by someone else please because, I am standing here looking at you with your hand down your pants.’

It was my first time coming to this location. I was told that the pretzels would take 10-15 minutes to make. After I paid, I was asked to leave the store. When I asked why, I was told because that’s what they tell customers when it’s busy (“That’s what we are supposed to tell y’all”). I was the only person in the store.
