Easily the best margaritas I have ever had. The food was amazing. We got empanadas, arepas and the sizzling plate. All were so good. The meat is tender and juicy. I cant wait to go back and try everything they have. This place needs more business it should have been packed for how good the food was. You have new regulars in us. We will be back soon.

Incredible food here. I had a signature plate the 1st time I was and the burrito the second time visiting. Everything I have tried is fantastic and the staff is very friendly as well.

The Arepa Pabellón and plantains were mind blowingly delicious. Especially the house sauce that came with it. Never had Venezuelan food before and now Aleida’s set the standard super high. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Austin, highly reccomend!

I don't often critique restaurants, but my experience today at Aleida's was so good I had to give them a shout-out.
I brought a lunch buddy with me to try a new place, and we were rewarded and then some. He loved the shrimp arepa, and my shredded pork cachapa pabellon was marvellous; so generous I couldn't finish it. A slightly sweet cornbread-like dough wrapped around a wondrous fillling, topped with some kind of white creamy cheese. I should've taken a picture because it looked like a dessert.
Our server was so attentive and courteous, and at one point the proprietor came over and introduced himself, a most gracious gentleman from Venezuela. The menu is extensive and includes traditional Tex-Mex/Mexicano fare. The interior was redone 8 months ago and is resplendent with colorful tile, beautiful ferns and blonde wooden furnishings.
It's a bit pricey for lunch (no specials) but well worth it. Kinda hidden in a strip center just south of Cypress Creek.
Give these folks a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We went to first watch and they were packed to the gills with a 45 minute wait. Decided to go here instead. Food was good and no wait. Thanks!

I was excited to try this place. But I left hungry and disappointed in the terrible lack of customer service. Food came out cold, the server and kitchen could not get our orders right & when we asked to speak to someone about it we were not met with any accountability or professionalism. Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful . Food was mediocre at best. Do not waste your money here.

My family and I were simply trying to find a new restaurant to have our son’s birthday breakfast. Three of our orders were taken incorrectly, which two of them being pieces to our meal that was given to us 15-20 minutes after part of our meal was placed on the table. Half of our party was not even able to enjoy their full meal. After speaking to management “the owner” told us that we should have never came into their restaurant. He was very rude and disrespectful. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, and a business owner myself. I miss the days where businesses in our town actually cared for their customers unlike this establishment.

Top tier. I LOVE this place so much. The cachapas, yucca, arepas, do not disappoint. So happy to see them thriving and moved into a new bigger space. Owners are so kind and tell they love sharing their food with us.

Aleidas has great food, including a very flavorful variety of sauces. The owner and staff are really friendly and the owner is great about sharing knowledge his knowledge of the food. Their frozen Margaritas are A+. The restaurant space is bright, colorful, clean and relaxed. Easy to find and lots of parking available.
