We've been ordering from here for years but never again. A bug crawled out of the bag containing our wonton strips, the chicken didn't seem like real chicken - the shape and taste of it wasn't right at all. When we called to tell them about the bug they did nothing. No idea how many other people ate bugs that day. We both ended up sick well into the next day cursing this restaurant. They say you get what you pay for, maybe that's true, but here you'll spend $30 for bugs and diarrhea.

I have been ordering delivery from this restaurant on and off for about 10 years. The food has always been adequate but nothing special. The delivery drivers are very friendly and I'm willing to overlook the occasional cold soup or whatever. But after trying to order food last night I think it is time for me to find a new source for Chinese food. When I placed an order for two for delivery I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes I called back to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that it was with the delivery driver. After two hours (from when I placed the order) I called back again because the food still hadn't arrived. I asked to cancel the order thinking that if it had been with the delivery driver for 40 minutes or more I didn't really want it anyway. I was told that the driver had left the food at my front door. I told her that there was no food at my front door (I also walked out to the sidewalk to see if it had been left with one of my neighbors). She hung up on me. So I called back assuming the connection was lost for some reason. As I started to explain again the situation I was interrupted with, "You said you wanted your money back. I said ok." And *click*. She hung up on me again. At this point it was almost 8:30 pm and we still hadn't eaten any dinner. We were already quite hungry, not sure what we should do instead at that point, and feeling quite jerked around. The absurd rudeness on top of it all was surprising and unwelcome. I'm still waiting to see if I actually get my money refunded.

Service was very slow, short staffed. We had to ask for dishes and silverwear for apps. Took so long food was cold, drinks took forever, and food even longer. The food was average, and new staff was untrained. However, the chicken fried rice wasn't bad, overall disappointed.

We have Eaten at this Resturant 3 times now, and two of the three times we have found hair in our main courses. When we contacted the restaurant about this, what we were told was we not responsible for that honey. There is no one in the restaurant with black hair. So we were stuck with the usless food from a restaurant that has no integrity and no pride in the product in which they make. I would strongly recommend that you find another place for your food.

Our server was kind and fast and I appreciated his patience in recommending me the delicious general tso’s chicken. Ms. Amy was also so so amazing going out of her way to check on us and gift us a very enjoyable conversation. In addition, the man who had us seated was very welcoming.

Here is what you need to know before coming here:Restrooms where clean and well kept with separate stall and restrooms for men and women.Plenty of tables and our server went above and beyond to make sure our table was taken care of (Mallory). Was seated, got orders, and served within a reasonable time.I had the Human Lamb (lamb in black bean flavorful sauce with mushrooms and squash) which was a plus.(Was served a little to warm for my taste and had them Heat it up on the wok which came out hot and fresh and added to flavor, not very big portions though so keep that in mind)Had the mouse cake shared at table and was delicious, and Boba tea if you like the tapioca balls to your palet :)Everyone at a table (8 of us enjoying each other's company) enjoyedThey serve beer, wine, and have a bar area with tv showing local Spectrum news.Despite limited shared parking was worth the trouble to get here and meet my friends coming out of the Cinemark theater.Overall not the worst but definitely not the best Chinese I have had in Cedar Park or Central Texas, but grateful nonetheless and even got to meet Amy, the owner, friendly professional woman who went above and beyond to make sure everyone here left full and satisfied.Keep in mind this place your going to pay more for less.I did appreciate not having loud music blasting me, especially since it echoes here. Also we all got Chinese fortune cookies (advice cookies I call them) and left full and satisfied.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessibility to navigate and ramp accessible

My visit to Amy's, brimming with anticipation, ended in disappointment. The cuisine lacked flavor, and the service was indifferent. Determined to turn this setback into an opportunity, I embarked on a quest to discover affordable yet delectable dining options. This culinary exploration led me to hidden gems, where each meal enriched my palate and broadened my culinary horizons. Through attentive service and inviting ambiance, I learned that culinary satisfaction transcends mere taste. Armed with newfound discernment, Despite the initial disappointment, You will be treated badly by the manager or by the service because they’re all such know it all people with no self respect

Server was polite but did not do a good job. Appetizer came out with the main course. Didn't bring any rice with dish. Seafood hot and sour soup was fishy with a weird taste. We got the 7 something special for 2 ( sorry, forgot the name). There was plenty but the shrimp was tough, a fennel like taste in the sauce. Vegetables were okay. Won't be back.
