I've had numerous issues here that I've attempted to contact someone about but to no avail.
Today I found a hair in my milkshake, but the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me...
We love Amy's as an institution but AVOID this location at all costs! Just keep going to the one off 183
There is better to be ice cream around this area in my opinion but it ain’t bad. I’m just eating this based on ice cream standards to me
Came to try the limited Rainbow Kitchen Surprise, a collab with the band Rainbow Kitten Surprise. My daughter was not disappointed. We are in Texas visiting family and it was a must try.
The workers are friendly and mostly knowledgeable about their products. The space is whimsically colorful with a decent amount of space and tables with chairs. Could use some light background music to fill the air.
Plenty of parking with a double door opening which is wheelchair accessible. Average price is around $10 a person, depending on what you order.

Lots of very interesting flavors. Fairly priced. They also have classic flavors which are honestly much better than your typical Cold Stone or Ben and Jerry's.
We went to support because it’s a local ice cream place. It’s alright… I couldn’t say wow! But it did the job of giving us decent ice cream on a hot night. Could have some more choices.

This place was packed but the line moved so quick because of the servers- specifically Alexa and Maria, they was wonderful and so patient, thank you!!! The ice cream always hits the spot, and I love how they let you sample the flavors before you decide. This place is an Austin staple, and we always love coming here!
The Oreo shake was super yummy if you're looking for something simple and not sure what to choose! ☺️

Such a fun theme! Grace was very lovely and helpful while serving me and my friends. She walked us through the menu, fun events, and specials. The ice-cream was also very yummy :)
