Did not take T-Mobile Tuesdays offer. Claimed my reward code doesn’t work but I think they just don’t want to honor the offer!!!

I ordered a pretzel and frozen lemonade. But received neither. I has a coupon for a free pretzel, but the scanner didn't work to scan my coupon. The frozen lemonade machine didn't work either. It was a total waste of my time. I'm surprised it stays in business with such poor management.

The pretzels were hard and burnt and stale. Very disappointing will not be back to this location

Pretzels were amazing and the staff were great. Ordered original nuggets and cinnamon & sugar nuggets. Both were hot, fresh and delicious. I will be coming back frequently.

This location is awful! The service is horrible! It takes forever to get anything you order. There is another location 15 minutes pass this one, and it would literally take me LESS time to go 15 mins further and I would still get my food faster than ordering from this location. It’s “fast food” people it shouldn’t take 20+mins to get your pretzels.

Original Pretzel was 2 day old stale. Cinnamon pretzel was almost just as bad. Pizza pretzel bites were cooked within an inch of charcoal. Woman at the drive through speaker needs some training.

I think you have to be a sloth or a turtle to work here. They were super nice but man…. They are literally on slow motion. I wanted to jump over the counter and help them then I realized I was the only customer. Took 30 mins for one order of cinnamon nuggets.

I’ve been supporting this location since they opened. For the most part it has been good/fair. However this last visit was unacceptable. The air conditioning was out, miserable waiting for 30 minutes for original pretzels to be made. Finally received my order and left sadly finding out the smoothies were melted and pretzels looked like mini size. This order is over $24! Don’t tell me to call customer service , I did asked for the owner/manager to call me. Two weeks later and nothing. Will not be back…

The people here are very friendly and patient. They explained several of their new offerings. They even helped me apply my rewards to order.

Hardest pretzel ever. Took back & asked for fresh one. Same as first! Over $4 for tough bread! Never again! Go to Outlet Mall to get fresh ones!
