Hardest pretzel ever. Took back & asked for fresh one. Same as first! Over $4 for tough bread! Never again! Go to Outlet Mall to get fresh ones!

Spent 25 mins in the drive through as 4 different employees did who knows what. First I got the wrong smoothie now when I get home I also got the wrong pretzels! You only do two things, pretzels and smoothies and you are terrible at both!

Don’t get a yogurt bowl at night. They barely put anything in it. $15 for nothing

Absolutely horrendous service. Brought my family from Japan hoping to eat some delicious auntie Anne pretzel ?, only to be served very burnt pretzels. Very sad and disappointing. Please re-train staff on how to use the ovens.Kid-friendliness: There was one table total. No baby high chair either. Sad times.

Clean place. Great service. Stopped in at 2 PM today (Thursday) to buy one of their yummy pretzels. Hot, fresh, and delicious!

I ordered drive thru. 6pm...mini cinna bites and mini dogs. I obviosly came at the wrong time. Cinna bites were luke warm at best and super hard..couldn"t finish after 2. The hot dog mini's were as if they had sat oyt under burner all day so when i went to dip the dog fell out of the bun every time. I can imagine they are pretty darn good fresh. Maybe I'll find out when they are made fresh and try again.

Price as shown is $3.39 but rang up $4.29 for the original. Not willing to give the price on the the menu. Like everyone else the pretzels are old and either overcooked or stale. I hate the mall and would rather go there as well as driving further for a decent pretzel at the correct price. This place isn’t worth the hassle.

I have been here 4 times and only ONCE were the pretzels any good. Tonight though, tonight was the worst. I bought a cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was so tough, it was like biting into jerky. It was hard for me to tear a piece off with my teeth let alone just using my fingers. I couldn't even eat half. So disappointing.

Seems like if you go at certain times you get fresh delicious pretzels which is why we’ve been there twice. I forgot how bad the service was though which is why we’ve been twice. I ordered and got my drinks, and then waited 15 more minutes for the worker to take my pretzels out of the warmer. They were finished when I purchased them but I had to wait 20 minutes after that to be able to eat them. So weird! Please train people better. The food has been good for us both times. Both times we ordered smoothies and pretzels.

The employee was friendly but my cinnamon sugar pretzel was inedible. Hard and stale.

Just bought these. They are the worst ones I’ve ever had. Stale like they’ve been under a warmer for hours. They were hard to even chew through, no pretzel flavor, and were not even to temp under a “hot holding temperature “.at best like warm and hard. I am so disappointed I would like a refund.
