The service was courteous, but the ice cream was disappointing. Even though it was afternoon, no one had turned on the heat for the hot fudge and caramel. This meant my 2-scoop sundae was incomplete. The caramel syrup we used instead was nasty, and the chocolate ice cream in the rocky road tasted off. I threw most of it out.

We have gone into this store on 3 different occasions and have been ignored. 3-4 employees walking around and not a single person even greeted us. It’s just courtesy to at least acknowledge your customers and let them know you see them. We stood there for about 5 minutes before we turned and walked out. Not 1 word from any of the employees, one employee even walked by us several times and didn’t even look at us. We will not be returning to this location. Not to mention this location is always dirty. 9/10 times we have to wipe our own table and seats off because they are so sticky. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to do your job, you are being paid for it. I hope the manager of this store sees this and does something about the employees, we used to frequent this location….until we started getting ignored. We have walked out 3 times in a row now. We won’t be returning. It was also the same employee all three times, some guy with multi colored hair down to his butt and face piercings. Not to mention, the first time he ignored us, he was wiping sweat from his face with his ungloved hand while making an order. Not taking orders, MAKING an order. That’s gotta be some kind of health code violation, this place needs corporate to intervene before they run off the last few people willing to go there. I also want to add, that this is our neighborhood ice cream spot… I would rather drive an extra 10-15 to literally ANY other ice cream place than go here ever again.

Absolutely one of the WORST customer service experiences ever experienced. All I wanted was a chocolate milkshake. I like mine made with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. Every single Baskin Robins I’ve ever been to has been able to make those. But the order taker on the speaker was unwilling to accommodate saying it was “not their store policy!” Fine, so I only ordered one for my nephew instead of two since I hate calling blended up chocolate ice cream a milk shake.Once I pulled up to the window I finally got a look at the young man serving me. I informed him sternly but not obnoxiously that I will not be coming back to this location if they can accommodate my simple order. His reply was, “you don’t have to be rude!” I can assure you, I was NOT rude but I definitely WANTED to be after that snide remark. Then he proceeded to take 15 minutes to blend up the scoop of chocolate ice cream I was willing to pay more than $6 for.When he finally returned I informed him that when a customer provides FEEDBACK on their experience that is NOT being RUDE. It’s something he SHOULD go tell his manager because the MARKET wants something else than what their policy allows presently. Customer feedback does not equal being rude.But I realize I was trying to communicate this to a 17 year old snowflake with a nose ring and multi-colored hair down to his waist. Apparently dress codes and appearance policies have gone out the window along with the willingness to accommodate a customer willing to pay nearly $15 for some blended up ice cream. (Had I purchased the second shake)All I know is,,, I will NEVER be spending any money at this location ever again! And I have kids with friends who would love more treats I’m willing to pay exorbitant prices for! Your loss Baskin Robins / Dunkin Donuts. Your coffee and your food sucks anyway!

The only reason I stayed when I walked in is because I had 3 kids I had promised ice cream to kick start the weekend.This place is ABSOLUTELY filthy. Everywhere. Disgusting. I’ve never ever seen somewhere so gross. Even down to the walls. Restrooms were disgusting with no TP or paper towels. The walls by the bathroom look like they’ve never been wiped, EVERY table and chair was obviously dirty, they don’t clean at ALL.I wouldn’t go here through the drive through, with the dirtiness of this place you probably will end up with rat droppings in your coffee. Seriously, no exaggeration.To management- clean!We were there for 25 minutes and there was no one else in there for 20 of those minutes. Saw the employee texting in the ‘back’. Mind you, this was before he made our shake we paid for. Luckily he saw I was looking and waiting and came up to make it. But seriously. You need an overhaul here. I won’t be back which is sad because we would be weekly customers if it was even decently cleaned.

Just went there. That was the worst service and ALSO the ice cream. It was half melted straight out of the freezer. Both that I ordered. Also they had limited flavors unlike other Baskin Robin's. Lastly I had to ask the kid behind the counter after standing there if we can order an ice cream? He didn't even say yes or what would you like? He just stood there? When it came to pay he didn't even tell me how much. I had to ask that also. So that's disappointing.
The entire staff seems to be utterly brain dead Gen Z kids. This is the first time I've ever left a bad review for a business like this as it's usually not that big of a deal. But I've tried to go there 3 times to just order basic stuff...like a milkshake or donuts and I've left empty handed all three times due to pure incompetence and total lack of customer interaction skills. It's more sad than bad. Don't waste your time.

Save your time, go elsewhere. Everything’s always broken there if you’re dealing with ice cream then they make you wait forever. I ordered a shake. They made me pull around the corner. I waited 20+ minutes walked in then they told me the shake machine was broke after I tried ordering a sundae with the hot fudge machine was broke lol.
