I do my best to refrain from writing reviews if my experience isn't the best but I had a Togo order take an extra 15 minutes when I was told it would only be 10. Half my order was cold, I was told after given the order that they were out of carrots and celery (which isn't a huge deal) but a few substitute ranches would have been appreciated. I understand being short staffed or busy, but tonight was not the best.

It was dead inside but the kitchen manager William was awesome! I had issues w my e-card & he was patient, answered every question we had,buis suggestions were on point! I would recommend this Buffalo wild wings to anyone.

Came in for the UFC fights tonight, 8 people waiting for seating, 1 person waiting for carry out. During my wait 6 more people walked in.
Walked to the bar, had 2 booths and 1 hightop tables needing cleaning, and the dining room had a table for 6. asked if we could sit while waiting for them to clean a table (bar is open seating), was told they needed to ask the manager (I believe his name was Adam), he said “no”. Asked if we could share the clean table for 6 with 4 other people waiting, was told “we aren’t seating, or taking food or drink orders, we’re 35 mins behind on tickets”. Said I was cool waiting on food/drink while they caught up, but the open 6 top would cut his wait in half. Was told “we’re not doing that right now” and walked away from me. Then proceeds to use two chairs to block the line at the host station.
I get slow service on a busy night, but to actively turn away more than a dozen people with seats for half available…that’s just bad business.

Do not wate your time or money at this establishment, in cedar Park next to the theater. When you walk in, it smells like an old waterpark. The food quality is poor, and management is terrible.

👎 I ordered chicken traditional wings with lemon pepper on Wednesday, July 16th. I was really surprised (and disappointed) that the meat was extremely dry, like it had been cooked and left sitting for a while. the chips were way too salty. I also ordered a crispy buffalo ranch wrap, and the tenders in it were dry and tasted old. Overall, I was very disappointed. I honestly wish I could give less than one star.

my order was completely wrong giving me the wrong food, and my food being 30 minutes late. I called up there and the customers/manager were EXTREMELY rude hanging up on me when all i was calling about was for a refund

Placed an order and my pickup time on my receipt said was 4 pm. I got there right on time, drove home about 15 minutes and we started eating but ALL 20 wings were cold/hard and dry! I called the store at 5 pm once we all noticed the wings were bad quality. I called to see if there was anything they could do but the manager kept back tracking on giving me a full refund if I took them back but then changed his mind because we had already ate some?? We ate 7/20? Then told me I waited too long to let him know there was a problem with my order. What’s the point of takeout? Am I supposed to eat them in the parking lot? Wingstop has never had any issues! Deeply disappointed about the quality of food and the managers service, thanks for the 50% partial refund if I even get it.

Rebecca was a great server. Other than her - this was the most depressing place to go on a Sunday afternoon ever. The food - wings with spicy garlic and wings with Nashville hot - we’re nowhere even near to Pluckers quality - a 1/5.
We also did the unlimited apps special. The sauce with the fried pickles was just bad. The chips with the queso were stale. Didn’t bother with any other options after how bad everything else was.

On my most recent visit, june 10 2025 at 7:48pm. I arrived at the hostess stand and waited for approximately 45 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member. Despite my patience, I was ignored while other staff members passed by. I eventually had to ask a waiter for assistance, and he agreed to notify the cashier/ hostess for me.
When the hostess finally appeared, instead of offering an apology or greeting, she approached with an angry, irritated demeanor — as though I was an inconvenience for requesting basic customer service. Her unprofessional attitude was not only disappointing but entirely unacceptable. Moreover the kitchen manager was equally unprofessional and unapologetical when I spoke to him. Restaurant is definitely operated under very poor hospitality leadership. Doing business elsewhere.

I’d like to express my disappointment with a recent pickup order placed on June 8, 2025 at 5:49 PM, picked up at 6:10 PM, from your Cedar Park, TX location (4710 183A Toll Rd., TX 78613).

I ordered 20 wings and a large fry with the Golden Fire sauce, expecting the quality that BWW is known for. Instead, what I received was incredibly subpar:
• The wing size was extremely small, barely larger than a finger, with mostly bone and hardly any meat. (Photos attached for reference)
• The Golden Fire flavor was overly sweet, which did not match the traditional profile I’ve had in the past.
• When I arrived at the store, there was no receptionist or staff at the pickup counter to assist me.
• I attempted to call the store multiple times at (512) 528-9030, but no one picked up.
This experience ruined my evening.

I recently ordered a takeout order of traditional wings. I went to pick up and for some reason Manager was very rude to me not sure what was the reason. I am a big fan of buffalo wild wings but this is definitely a bad experience for me with both food and service here and will never stop by again.
