I ordered delivery through the restaurant and did not receive my order. The driver 'Andre' drove around my apartment and left. I had already paid online tip of $10 and I was at my front door 3-4 mins before the driver was going to reach. I called the driver and sent him texts but he did not bother to pickup or reply and marked the order complete. I called the restaurant multiple times and no one response. Edit- Was able to get in touch with restaurant manager and he has promised a full refund.

Would be Zero stars if that wad an option. This place is miss managed from the top down. Mangers don’t care, servers don’t care, cooks definitely don’t care what their food tastes like. This is the worst service restaurant in Austin Area. Unbelievably slow, and food still doesn’t come out hot. NEVER place a Togo order here online, or door dash. They don’t check their incoming orders, and it’s obvious. Will be the last time we ever eat here/ use their online ordering. ZERO STARS

We decided to give BWW another try and they failed us once again. Y’all got to stop microwaving your wings, the wings under warm sauce should not be colder than room temp true, (No, I will not give yall another shot at reserving me and will not ask).My GF got the lemon pepper wings, the flats were fine smelling but the drumsticks had a foul fishy odor. After reading the owners responses to other reviews, it doesn’t sound like they’ll be doing much to resolve anything unless you fill out a form on a the website. What a joke. These places just need to disappear, it’s not a respectable wing establishment, it might as well be a hole in the wall bar with finger food.
The waitress was nice, she’s just working for the wrong people.

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We ordered large portions of onion rings and tots, and after waiting 30 minutes, they were brought out cold. When we asked for the order to be redone, they brought back just six onion rings. I’ve been to several Buffalo Wild Wings locations before and never encountered anything like this. The waiter showed no interest in taking our order or attending to the customers. There were only 3-4 tables occupied, so it’s not like they were busy. The service was so disappointing that we ended up leaving in the middle of our meal. I will never return to this location and would not recommend anyone to dine or order from here. Avoid this place at all costs!

We ordered cauliflower wings two flavors, lemon pepper and spicy garlic. When we arrived the order was wrong. Only giving us spicy garlic. We kindly asked for lemon pepper as well. They remade the order, then looking at the order the cauliflower is the old cauliflower not even a new batch was made, all of our food is not hot anymore, other than the newly made lemon pepper cauliflower. Now when looking into the box of cauliflower there is one piece that doesn't look like cauliflower. Come to find out it's chicken. As someone who does NOT eat meat ever

I ordered take out yesterday evening and half of my order was missing. I called multiple times to let them know about this but no one answered the phone.

Food is ok really depends if they change the oil. You can taste the old oil. It would be nice to get a bit more sauce in the extra cups you order too. Just make sure you check your order before leaving. Workers seem not in the mood to work. But that’s everywhere now huh… the inside could use a carpet change or take it out. It’s a bit sticky and old

Worst service ever . Had people waiting 15 minutes just to be seen . No manager around did not have my pick up order ready . Made me late for work then had me write down my card number to be refunded !!!!! AND I STILL DID NOT GET FOOD . Horrible service at this time . STAY AWAY from here !!!!!!
Food was decent as always but service was horrible, waiters were doing the best they can but there were only 2 waiters to serve 50+ people, one server looked new and had no idea what to do, honestly felt bad for her. Not to mention the kitchen was shutdown for 30 minutes when me and my family got there. Counted at least 5 families that left to probably go somewhere better.

Ordered a delivery for football and had it set for an hour before kickoff and ended up with the food and getting home by halftime. Order was wrong twice so I had to wait for almost 3 hours. Buffalo Wild Wings has fallen. Just go to pluckers or wingstop.

Showed up at 8 pm, Manager did not offer any assistance, asked for a menu while he was doing inventory with menus right in front of him, he casually turned his head around and said that's why we're on a wait your server will be right with you. Server did a great job despite total lack of support from her manager as the bar was full and she was busy while he sat there and did nothing to help.

Restaurant was dirty. Tables, seats, and windows visibly dirty. Old dishes not removed from tables. Food was cold and wait staff was terrible - super slow, kept getting things wrong. We won’t be back. Awful.
