Oh Lord. This is a miss for me. If wings are in your name, you should get them right. The wings were dry. The outer skin was tough. Literally paid and left.The cocktail I got was on point. But I wasn’t drunk enough to choke down those wings.Service was good. She was nice and chatted with us a little. Recommend a cocktail for me.It was loud like echo loud. It wasn’t like there was a lot of people there and a rowdy crowd, just the acoustics were not good.Can’t come back to give it another try. Too many other great wing places.

I went in on super bowl Sunday placed an order and was given a wait time of an hour I waited the hour and drove back to check on the order when I was nonchalantly given between another hour or two which is a big difference from 1 to 2 hours and an even bigger difference between 1 and 3 hours they wouldn't check to see if we could get a better idea of if it would be closer to one or two hours . We were offered a refund and waited a week but it didn't come We called back multiple times and were told that it had been processed each time but it never came over months and when we call it takes up to 10 calls to get a person to pick up the phone and even then the response is " I don't have time for you "And the tone is accusatory like I have to earn the information I'm asking for the management does nothing and corporate doesn't seem to care either I was simply told the same thing with no result or even apology and I know five other people with a very similar experice "I keep hearing yeah its famously for rude staff and poor service have never left a bad review but Noone should experience this

This is supposed to be a sports bar. Yet, we have to ask EVERY time to turn the biggest game on, and it's like pulling teeth. They also are always playing music and never want to turn the sound on the tv. Whoever is in charge of this facility, PLEASE for the love of God, put someone in charge of the tv and sound that knows something about sports.

“Sav” along with the younger man has to be one of the couple worst waitresses/waiters I think myself and my family have ever had to deal with.Both of them have made coming to buffalo one of the worst experiences with their put out attitude and very poor customer service amongst the two of them. Sorry for any anybody else that has had to have a very poor interaction!!!!

I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings, unfortunately I think this will be the last time I dine with the restaurant because of the poor quality. I ordered the fried pickles with the southwest ranch and 5 boneless wings with sweet barbecue and 2 blue cheese dipping sauces. First issue was that my order arrived without any of the sauces (talk about dry food). The second issue was that the food was so awful I almost gagged upon my first bite. I rarely dine out but if the craving for wings pangs again, I will be choosing wingstop or pluckers. Sorry.

Intresting experience. Walls, windows, and bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in months. Almost all the tables were still messy from previous customers, floors weren’t swept and spills not cleaned up.
