This was a very bad experience. I have previously eaten here, and never experienced service like this before! When a customer is dissatisfied, the employee should make it right, not go back and forth with a customer! A milkshake should be thick and creamy. So thick you would use a spoon for it. Never should you be able to pour it out like milk! So when a customer comes to buy more than one milkshake and states this fact, you should not tell them that's how it's supposed to be and refuse to re make them! All 3 of my dessert items were poorly prepared. I know this, I have enjoyed them here in the past. So if you refused to re- make the items, then you should definitely give a refund. If iced coffee is on the menu you don't say we don't offer coffee at this hour! Every request and every resolution was met with a stern No! That is not good customer service! I ordered onion rings with one of my combos, I received all french fries. Luckily, my French fries were hot and crispy. My co-worker was happy with their Whopper. So I will give 2 stars for it. But I will not waste my lunch time on this location again!

My review today is regarding the restaurant itself. Went to go get ketchup for my french fries as I dined in today. Their ketchup machine does not put out ketchup and the ketchup that it does produce is watery. They were happy to give me a giant handful of ketchup packets, which I had to open up one by one. The inside of the store looks like it’s always under construction and it smells.

Food is the usual BK fare, but the staff is better than average. Really only writing this review to mention how awful the smell emanating from the floor drain in the men's room is. How is that not a health code violation??? Stopped eating there because of it.

We have tried coming here a few times over the course of a year and it is always hot and more of the ceiling seems to be damaged each time we visit. I think today was our last visit. If you want to dine in for any length of time, visit a different BK lounge, this one is slow, hot and possibly falling down soon.
There was also an issue with our order but since we placed it through the mobile app, they couldn't refund us.

Wyatt was a nice guy when I was there, chill dude and so was Jacob, he helped him out with the register and to make sure the system had the right order down. Food came out quick and right. Only issue was the place itself. It gets really hot there bit other than that everything was good
