This Chilis is located along Pecan Park Blvd near the I83 intersection in Cedar Park. It is open from 11am to 11-12am daily and features the usual seating arrangement and menu. Had an early dinner with friends here recently and was served an Oldtimer with cheese and fries. Patty was a bit dry this time around but otherwise tasted as expected. Service was very friendly and timely, prices what you expect of Chilis, which remains a fairly safe choice with probably something on the menu that everyone in your party will like.

Absolutely pathetic takeout experience. We stood at the front waiting forever while employee after employee walked past us like we didn’t exist—no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. They’d stroll out of the kitchen, glance our way, and go right back in like it was normal to ignore customers standing there. When someone finally decided to acknowledge us, they couldn’t even figure out which order was ours. We had to pull up a text as “proof” just to get our food, which has never been required before. Total clown show. Zero organization, zero awareness, and not a shred of customer service. Get your act together, Chili’s.

Wow…I heard the hype and I admit I was a little skeptical, but wow. The food was so delicious. We got the triple dipper (mozzarella sticks, chipotle chicken, and bites), the ribs (2 combo with chipotle chicken crispers, Mac and cheese and fries), and the Nashville crispers. Everything was so good and fresh! Our waitress Neveah was literally an angel. Just 5 stars all around.

Absolutely love this location. It’s the closest to where I live so we do frequent a lot. any negative situation has always been handled with care and patience. Tonight was by far the best. Katie and the GM took amazing care of my husband and I. My husband is vegetarian and when their burger came out with beef, it was immediately taken back and fixed. The GM did comp our meal and came out to apologize himself and talk to my husband a bit. Compared to other restaurants, this was handled so amazingly and we are so appreciative for how much they cared about my husbands dietary issues.

This is genuinely the best Chili’s I’ve been to in my life, I’ve never met staff that are so incredibly nice and efficient. It’s clean, quick, we never had to wait or even ask for a refill on our drinks. I even asked for my server’s name so I can include it in my review, her name was Isabella :)

Omg so my friends and I came in at like 10 pm after seeing the new Jurassic World movie and this sweet darling angel, Johnny, was literally the best dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. He was such an absolute doll and totally matched the vibe with us, yapped with us about hot sauce, a broken light over our table (lol), told amazing stories, and was SUUUUPER attentive: giving us all the best tips and tricks for ordering since we’re stupid and checking in on me when I started passing out—overall it was just a 15/10 experience. He has got it LOCKED. DOWN.
Also the food was great too HAHA I tore that lava cake UPPPPP

Okay overall 5 stars but yes 2 stars for the food but that’s relevant to what I’m going to say. I got the salmon for take out and the salmon was tough, the rice was a little crunchy, and the asparagus was still woody. I ate most of it but it wasn’t enjoyable? Anyway, perimenopause has been kicking my a-double S and I’ve been a /nightmare/ all day. So I decided I’d had enough of that and I made myself chi out and calmly call Chili’s and just let them know about my food quality because the truth is Chili’s is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve had the same dish there before and it was much better quality. Anyway I hope I didn’t scare the guy on the phone. But /then they managed to track down our order and they called my husband and gave us coupons to try again/!!! I really did not want to make a big deal out of it so when they offered to comp it or whatever I was like “oh no no. That’s not necessary.” That’s some dedication though to find my husband’s number! So yeah visit this location! I will now go out of my way to patronize this location.

Every time I go here, the food is consistently good and the staff is fantastic. They hire good people who take care of their customers. Highly recommend!
