My hometown Chipotle :/ yikes...the manager looks and seems like he hates his job. It's disappointing to see their employees so lackluster. Location is Hot. It's not like they're going anywhere. But it would be nice to see smiling employees ready to help and serve their customers. But these are things that should be said by other people within the store like the manager or the owner or really anyone that has a leadership role. Not a customer.

The food is hard to mess up. That's why the business thrives. Through its consistent flavor. But what did leave a bad taste in my mouth was the awful experience I had dining in yesterday.

You know....In-N-Out Burger 15ft away ALWAYS has smiling employees who are quick and efficient. Maybe it says something about character and the make-up of the people running this Chipotle. Oh well....

I'll just be as real as I can be without being rude like the employee that Fernando (Manager) let talk to me. He wouldn't give me her name which is fine but she is at the Cash Register (Only Blonde Girl Working There) today between 1pm-2pm. I was spoken to and treated disrespectfully by her at the counter after they forgot to include my Free Guac & Queso using the EXTRA25 (FREE GUAC & QUESO) that was ordered through my Chipotle App. This applies to ANYONE'S Chipotle App if you purchase an Entree.

Except....for when you go to this chipotle.....you see, when I placed my order it took -$2.75 or -$2.50 (can't remember exactly) off my total for the Free Guac & Queso. But the Blonde girl at the counter told me I can ONLY CHOOSE between 1 or the other because it only took -$2.75 or -$2.50. I tried showing her the Chipotle App & the promotional email I received from Chipotle weekly. I did this nicely, hoping to achieve better customer service. I tried explaining that I understand a Tiny Queso & a Tiny Guac would cost more but it simply isn't my problem. This is a promotion for ANY CHIPOTLE REWARDS MEMBER (who orders an Entree; which I did) and it clearly states it in the app and email.

What's the real problem here? I even ordered my own chips because the offer is ONLY for Queso & Guac. The lack of effort or understanding from Fernando and the blonde cash register girl was awful. I am, genuinely, disappointed at the manager, the employee (for talking to me the way she did), and the establishment as a whole. You'd be better off ordering Online and praying that your food is made appropriately and is up to Chipotles standard, as a business.

So again, the blonde employee at the cash register (who Fernando is standing RIGHT NEXT TO the entire time) is telling me I can only choose between 1 or the other, Fernando NEVER says anything. After the Real-Time 'ATLANTA' moment, I received my Queso and Guac from the worker at the Digital Only Station. She was a delight and did not want anything to do with it so I'm assuming she just surrendered and gave me what the App shows. Ended up eating my meal there with my significant other (in peace) and at the end of my meal I told Fernando that it would be nice NOT to be talked to the way the blonde employee did to me. I let him know that if anyone else comes in with the coupon don't give them a hard time. Assess the situation and detail what the issue is. And if an employee is speaking that way to ANY customer, pull them aside but don't let it continue. Don't allow your employees to sarcastically and roughly handle your customer. It's sad that I am laying out a fast track on managerial etiquette and solutions on a business that SHOULD run efficiently year round. I mean it's Chipotle. You're SUPPOSED TO BE CONSISTENT. But my experience was everything but that. It was poor management and poor service. A master class on bad customer service from this particular location. They have been depleting for a few years now.

Fernando finally responds with "I understand, okay" *head nods. I would hope this Chipotle is willing to express more than an apology for such a demeaning encounter and unpleasant experience.

Poor quality food and overworked staff. Very bad experience for a chipotle regular. Rice was over cooked and and sticky, one person on the assembly line and a long line up of customer :(

Do not and I repeat do not order online. They will give you a fraction of the food you pay for if so. Chipotle is known already for being stingy with their stuff as it is. Which is surprising being that 95% of their staff are teens that could care less. The place always looks dirty thus the reason for no lights on. A bathroom can tell you all about the place you eat at.

make so many mistakes 👹👹👹I ordered kids meal because I’m a skinny baddie. which is even more crazy that they got it wrong because it’s like 5 ingredients. They did not add the sofritas and used black beans instead of pinto beans. I had my bare kids meal like a peasant with no protein. but wait there’s more. I ordered a bowl one time and instead of lettuce they put cheese. Like wtf if you thing I’m too skinny just say it. No need to fatten my meal up by replacing vegetable with CHEESE. I went to fix it and the person in the line was unresponsive like babe what? but it’s ok because their other coworker responded kindly. BEWARE this chipotle. The cava across the street has much better service and better food

This used to be my go to place. But this place has deteriorated a lot. The quantity of food they give is horrible. They literally just gave half spoon of rice in a chicken bowl. When asked for more they simply refused to give more. Then another person came and said they will charge $1.55 for another half spoon of rice! This place is just insane!

I am genuinely surprised and disappointed by my recent experiences at this location. I’ve been a regular customer, and the day manager is always fantastic—friendly, attentive, and professional. However, my visits during the past two nights were the complete opposite.

Last night, I stood at the counter for two minutes without being acknowledged, despite saying “hi” twice. The staff ignored me entirely, continuing to clean even though it was 25 minutes before closing and the food was still out. This is unacceptable and feels disrespectful to customers.

Something needs to be addressed here to ensure evening staff meet the same high standards as the day team. I hope management can step in to fix this because I’m done going here at night.

Wife is suffering horrible food poisoning after eating here yesterday. Had I known this was a google 3 star location I would have not ordered in the first place. I've seen other reviews mention live bugs and fingernails in the food...

We were Chipotle regulars in el paso but this location is not up to par. The first time we ordered from here my burrito was like a rice bomb, with hardly anything else in it, so I never ordered again after that. But the wife made the ill-fated decision to order again and is paying the consequences.

I love chipotle! The staff has always been spot on and friendly while being quick and efficient, they're constantly refilling the items and bringing fresh batches of everything in! It's quick and always delicious oh and the watermelon lime juice?!?! Holy smokes it's outrageously tasty!! ? 2 thumbs up since as long as I can remember! Love it!
