The store is grate, once after yelling at the AI voice not and angrily texting their text support options and your finally able to speak to a manager saying I’m mad to get help are you finally able to get anything fixed…..The voice and chat support AI is broken and the script needs to be remade. The most frustrating thing is when you have a allergy / issue with a order before it’s even been made then waste 30 mins of your time yelling at a bot that doesn’t understand and can’t help you to finally dumb down your own vocabulary saying “ angry speak to manager at store “ does this AI finally understand speak to a representative at the store or any other way to you can think of to speak to a person.Store did amazing fixed issue but the battle with their terrible AI system needs to be fixed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The person that gave me most of my food gave me so much attitude and literally said “ I gave you enough” also gave me so much attitude to my boyfriend that is paying for this food. He also asked for lime and girl is talking all this stuff saying “ he better be giving me a tip” and said it at least twice. The cook then responded “ from the looks like it he won’t”. I felt so disrespected. Do better!

When they get it right, it is good. Got it wrong three consecutive times but tried to make up for it when they read there own label "burrito" pasted on the "bowl" they made. Gave me free chips for the trouble I had to go back in on one of the occasions. Plenty of flies landing on the food inside and they have been skimping on the portions especially when busy.

No military discount...only 2nd time eating here but they don't tell you they gonna charge extra for cheese and also for steak when I got chicken? Employees look like they hate their job too!

Well I usually like Chipotle this location wasn't that great. The meat tasted bland and the queso tasted more like milk then cheese. The tea was good though.

We just came at the time of open hours, before one hour to closing hour still they asked us to Oder it online and bring food outside! Which is not described anywhere!Remainder : store hours are wrongly mentioned.

Meh. Our second time here. I tried it once and it wasn’t my cup of tea but this time solidified my opinion. The staff rushed us through the line, the floors were dirty and there was trash and food on the floors- it seemed maybe they were short staffed so maybe there was nobody to clean the dining area, but we had to clean our own tables. The soda fountain area was a hot mess, and there were sticky soda on the floor and straw paper all over the place. The cup lids were all falling out of their respective containers. This was probably our last go-round here. For what we paid ($15+) per person, you’d think the restaurant would at least be staffed with someone to make sure the dining area was clean. In the hour we were there, nobody came in to clean it.

My wife place her order on-line(WU9-KA2). This was first time ordering on line. When she got there, she didn’t know the routine. When she told the lady behind the counter, the lady told her with a rude voice it’s over on the wall. So my walk out of line went the wall. She saw the order, tape up and took. She realized that there were several items missing from the order. We were missing the chip/queso and chicken tacos. She tried getting it replaced, but they told her they couldn’t. We will not be going to this Chipotle again!

Do not ever place a phone order their automated voice service got my entire order wrong. It repeated my order correctly, but when it was picked up, it was all incorrect. What a waste of $26 dollars. I honestly dislike this AI usage because it's not always accurate or guaranteed. What happened to being able to speak to a human representative on a take out line ? ?I am not planning to return here.
