The food was not great,l. The queso with ground beef is good, but it was very spicy and we didn't ask for spicy queso. My enchilada was ground beef that was very spicy. My mom Chuychanga was nasty, the refried beans taste nasty. My whole meal wasn't good.

I was pleased with the atmosphere and service. My friend and older Son truly enjoyed their dishes and that pleased me very much. My only disappointment was what I ordered. I love a great tortilla soup, this one was not. It wasn't awful, but all I could think about as I spooned it onto my mouth, was a can of Cambell Soup...which is not a bad thing, could have been worse...but, I could have just gone to HEB to do that. But for a $60.00 ticket (no,...the soup wasn't that expensive!)...but the experience on the palette was not what I expected!...

Amazing artwork, great food maybe even the best I've personally had! The atmosphere is amazing and the songs they play are very fitting; their staff is amazing and they deserve a raise they're so friendly. I recommend to anyone with a decent spice tolerance [their food is pretty spicy], and honestly this is well worth the price.

Today we had the best experience. Amy asked hiw our day was going...we told her it had been terrible so far. She totally turned it around for us. She was so jind, personable, attentive. The place was packed but she made us feel like we were her only guest. She was very efficient and got us our of tgere early enough for us to pick up an ice cream on our way back from our lunch break! Thanks Amy!

The Chuy’s at The Parke in Cedar Park is one of my favorite places for a fun and flavorful Tex-Mex meal. It’s got that classic Chuy’s energy—bright colors, funky decor, and an upbeat, welcoming vibe. The food is always spot-on. The creamy jalapeño dip and fresh chips are dangerously addictive, and the enchiladas with boom-boom sauce are a must. Portions are generous, everything tastes fresh, and the menu has enough variety to keep it interesting, even for picky eaters. The location in The Parke shopping center is super convenient—you can grab dinner here after running errands at Target, Costco, or Field & Stream. There’s plenty of parking, and the area feels clean and safe. Service at this location is also great. The staff are friendly, quick to refill drinks and chips, and they keep things running smoothly even when it’s busy. If you’re in Cedar Park and craving good Tex-Mex, this Chuy’s is absolutely worth the stop. Five stars for the food, service, and super convenient location!

Ever since Chuy’s was bought out the staff has gone downhill.
There was a sense of urgency now it like they get to you when they get to you.

My friends and I stopped by for a drink and bite to eat near closing tonight. We completely understand that it’s the end of a long day for y'all and respect that. However, it’s important to share an experience that left us feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected.

When we arrived, we asked to be seated on the patio and asked if vaping was allowed. We were told yes, and we began vaping fairly respectfully, for about 30 minutes with no issue. When our third guest joined us (who also vapes), a waitress came over. While I don’t know her name, I remember she was very pretty and had pretty makeup. She said, “Hey, I hate to be this person, but my table over there is kind of allergic to vapes… well not really allergic, they just don’t like it. So can y’all not vape?”

Of course, we agreed without wanting to cause a scene. However, I want to point out how inappropriate and unprofessional that was. As someone who works in the service industry as both a server and bartender, I would never ask a table in a designated smoking/vaping area to stop simply because another guest chose to sit there and doesn’t like it. That’s not how boundaries or hospitality work — especially when we were told it was allowed.

To make matters worse, after we left and were discussing it, my friends told me they believe someone at the other table may have been filming us during the interaction, which is completely unacceptable. Before leaving, it seemed that the server and the other table were having a very friendly, possibly familiar conversation — whether friends or not, it felt incredibly biased.

I’m a born and raised Austinite and have support Chuy’s for since I was a baby. I’ve had friends work here, and I’ve always had great experiences, hell I even had my first tortilla at Chuy’s off Jollyville. But tonight was disappointing and unprofessional, and it’s made me reconsider returning any time soon.

I do want to highlight that our server, Gaby, was amazing — incredibly professional, attentive, and kind throughout our visit. I truly hope she wasn’t negatively impacted by this situation and that she had a smooth rest of her night.

I say all this not to cause issues but because I believe in holding establishments we care about to a higher standard. Please consider using this as a training moment — your guests and your staff both deserve better communication, clearer policies, and more respectful conflict resolution.
