Quality definitely seems to be going down. I've been ordering from here from years and today everything I ordered tasted stale and old, which included doughnuts as well as the croissant sandwich. The egg white on the sandwich was so hard it was like eating hard plastic.

This place had the best donuts in the area. Now the donuts are stale and taste a few days old. (This was on a Sunday morning when they should have had fresh donuts.) They also stack the donuts on top of each other in a single box. What little glaze there was on the donuts peeled off because they put other donuts on top of them, leaving you with a stale, chewy donut with no glaze on top. Such a shame what happened to this place. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Recently realized I'd never left a review despite coming here for years!
They have everything you'd expect from a donut shop and the lobby is always clean. My dad and I enjoy their boudain kolaches and huge apple fritters.
The staff here are very friendly and good at remembering faces. I had an unexpected dizzy spell once and scared the woman behind the counter (one of the owners?) She made sure I was okay and offered to call someone to come pick me up. When I came back in a few months later she asked after my health and offered me and my dad some donut holes. They also handed out roses on valentines day which was lovely.

Been going here for years and have always had a good experience. I am thinking it’s under new management or ownership because it’s been going downhill over the last few months. I have been there several times and each time have been disappointed. So far I’ve had stale breading with their kolaches (about a month ago), wrong donuts being put into my bag (2 weeks ago), and today the eclairs with no cream… You’d think the employee would ask if you’d like cream with your eclair when you order it but that’s not the case. I called to tell them my eclair had no cream, and was initially told it was my fault for not specifying I wanted any. Unfortunately with the 3 strikes: my business will be going to the other donut shop down the street.
I have been going to this place for the last 9 years, and today will be my last day going. I am very disappointed after new management took over. Every thing is different. The recipe changes( not for the better )everything shrunk about half the size and the prices increased a ridiculous amount. Im not one to write a negative review, but for this one I had to. Sometimes change is not for the better.

Recently changed management and not for the better. The chocolate bars lack the once crispy exterior, the croissant sandwiches are smaller and are not seasoned the same. The prices went up. Most likely will not be returning which is good for my health but not for my mouth.

Donuts are good, but delivery service was bad.
