All ingredients are fresh now, not like when previous owner Glorias used frozen ingredients. BEAUTIFUL new bar area. This sets Dos Hermanos as a Cedar Park dining establishment at their best.

Food was good. But music was SOOOOOO loud. Made the meal not enjoyable for my husband. We asked if there was any way to turn down just a smidge (because we knew it was Friday night). Our waitress, Laura S. was really working hard & did a great job! Chimichanga, with fajita chicken & Suiza sauce, was good . Chicken fajitas were good also. Like the beans & chips! If we go back (it is a little far from our house), it will be on a weeknight, so it won't be so loud.

i waited years for this place to open again. Big fan of Gloria's and missed it. I like how they redecorated the place. Nice set up. Liked the menu. Breakfast and dinner. i missed the breakfast special during the week. I ordered the migas. Good presentation. The service was good. But the eggs did not taste like farm fresh eggs which I enjoy. So disappointed in the taste of the migas. I asked the server if the eggs were farm fresh, she did not know. I bet the dinner meal would be good . No pan Dulce. Overall I was disappointed.

Very pleasant and works well with couples and families. Pancakes were GreatKid-friendliness: They were very understanding and patient with my toddler. Didn't snap or huff, Important: they even plated the table away from his reach. Very few places I've been at think of this.

Dos Hermanos is "SUPER". The deliciously prepared food, great servers, and awesome cooks and staff are the best-of-the-best. I eat here almost daily. The FOOD and staff is what keeps me coming back.

Here for breakfast. Have to say the food was as good anywhere else in Cedar Park, including First Watch. I suppose I should not post this review as it was very pleasant atmosphere for morning dining however these folks are trying to make a go of it and they deserve an accurate review.

We waited a few weeks to give breakfast a try. We were disappointed and will wait a few months and hope the overall food gets better. We like the location and want to see this restaurant succeed but the food was not good, we left most of it uneaten. Service was good, the decor is pleasant. The green print on the dark blue menu is hard to read but the vast menu had a lot of options. Party of 3, our plates barely fit on the table. Every item came on a too large plate, we immediately did a lot of consolidating. I ordered an ala carte breakfast ribeye med rare and a pancake. Steak was darn near raw, sent back. Due to table space, I had transferred my pancake to my steak plate. When the steak went back, so did my pancake and was returned with a slightly more done steak, hashbrowns that I didn't order and no pancake. The steak was an excellent breakfast steak, tender and tasty. I eventually received a cold pancake. Hubs ordered the sausage links w/eggs, homefries, wheat toast dry and a half order of biscuits & sausage gravy on the side. The sausage links are chicken sausage which we did not realize (ick) and no pork options. The home fries were cold, just barely cooked, dry toast was buttered, biscuit was cut in half, grilled with butter and served with the gravy. Hubs does not like butter, this all went untouched. The sausage gravy was good. Friend ordered chicken fried steak and over easy eggs with toast. Suspected the chicken fried steak was premade/frozen. Said it was ok but not great. Eggs were cooked correctly, toast was good. Food was a major letdown, we were not impressed at all. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful, they get 5 stars.
