Today, Sunday, December 21st 2025, at around 12:30pm, My wife and I drove up to the drive up menu to order. I approached and turned my truck off as I usually do because I have a loud truck. After waiting 10 mins w no response at drive thru, we proceeded to pull up to the window because this has happened before do to my lifted truck and sensor not picking up are approach. The Young girl came to window and rudely asked us to pull back around, after a line had already formed behind us. I told her no Ill make my order here at window. Instead of taking our order at window she persistantly kept asking us to pull back around to back of line which I then I asked for a manager. The manager came to window and AGAIN! Asked us to pull back around! We absolutely would not. She then rolled her eyes at us and continued to take our order rudely! I explained to her that we had sat at order menu for 10 mins and showed the employee proof that we had sat there at window for 10 mins w no response. My wife and I come to this store daily and when I say daily thats means every single friggin day! For 7 years! Never have we experienced rudeness from an employee or manager in the last 7 years of us living in Cedar Park. We will no longer go to this store regularly like we normally do. This store needs to drastically re-train there staff and ESPECIALLY mangerment on how to treat there customers!

Came here 5 times and every time, the coffee drink was made wrong. Originally, I thought it was due to the pick up time but no. I've recently made an order at 10:45 and picked up at 10:55 and the drink was completely different from what I ordered (below is a pic of what I ordered vs what I've actually received). Even worse, the coffee was sour this time. There is no way I'm coming back to this location again.

I took my teen for a late snack and we have a very nice experience with service. I forgot to order my usual coffee and Nico was very kind to make one for me ASAP even after payment.
He was always smiling and very costumer oriented.

It was terrible. Food was terrible. The donuts were just too sweet The bagel bites or hard on the outside and cool on the inside And the toilet was leaking and they were out of paper towels 1 STAR

I got the Bacon egg and cheese croissant, iced coffee and 6pc hash brown.

Food was good and iced coffee as well,hash browns were great

This location is lovely! Was in the store for a few hours to study, and the staff was awesome in making my order (and it was quick too!) , my coffee was just wonderful and they always make my avocado toast right. 10/10 one of my favorite Dunkin locations.

Slowest drive through line in greater Austin area. Go next door to Starbucks unless you like waiting 20 minutes for a coffee.

i grabbed an already made Valentine's box.. and they were mixed donuts. was hoping for only VD donuts. got a sourdough sandwich, i thought it was toasted. eggs were "fluffy" made me question them. front cashier was great.

Whoever runs this store should not be running stores at all.

I ordered blueberry donuts as part of my half-dozen and they were omitted with no substitution. The packaging of my order was lazy and the coffee spilled in the bag.

I won’t be ordering here again.

I love the Dunkin' Donuts. I went to the atmosphere is so friendly the employees actually talk and make conversation and they remember my order and they're just so pleasant. I always have a nice experience when I go in there. I really appreciate them taking the time to make me feelappreciated.

Don’t waste your time … HEB donuts are a better choice and probably more selection unless you get lucky here .. went 3 different times of the day 3 days in a row only to be told they’re out and be shown a few different varieties of and total of 7 different donuts in the store one afternoon in particular… lady had a bad attitude and stated they were cleaning and closing soon .. it was 4:35 pm sign said 7?
