I've come here twice now and the service is just way too long. Pulling up to the window and still having to wait 5 min is crazy. The line disorganization is chaos. This just doesn't seem very efficient. 20 min wait for coffee. No thank you. I'll scoot on down the street!!

Had a pick up for 715 and they still didn’t grab it and taking other orders and they get the car 2 cars behind me and it’s 722 now: like what’s the point of ordering a ahead and why isn’t there a pick up line . Terrible compared to other Dutch bros. The girl took 5 more orders and didn’t even get my order and I made it to the front already . Terrible

Requested an Americano with whipped cream. Received a cup of hot water with whipped cream. I wish I had taken a picture of what was in my cup because there was NO coffee grounds used in that order. So disgusted with this.

We were stuck in the drive through without a way out because it was backed up so bad. Took us 25 mins to get one coffee at 2pm.... Absolutely ridiculous.

I am a huge fan of Dutch Bros it has fueled my graduate career. This review isn’t about Dutch Bros as a whole, but specifically the location in CP consistently takes a really long time (15+ mins). Each time I visit, the line is always guaranteed to be long and while the staff are usually friendly I’ve had some negative experiences.

I am absolutely spoiled on Dutch Bros. They always have good coffee and the customer service is excellent! But it's 35 degrees outside, and if they don't institute a policy to let the (always kind) employees close the window while working so they don't freeze, I'm going to lose it. The poor kids look cold, especially the one who has to do the outside orders.
