I come to this location often with my two young children. Last night I had the best customer service experience while also watching Shannon be extremely reaffirming to a new employee. It was clear she was training her and she was being extremely patient. I’ve worked in good business and bartending go years and Shannon really stood out to me. Please give her the kudos she deserves.
It was really good. I got a ice coffee and my son got a shark attack. he was loving it.

Man, the only good thing about this place is the friendly staff. Drinks are disgusting - overly sugary, no coffee flavor, no coffee knowledge. If I wanted something refreshing I’d go to juiceland, not a “coffee” drive-thru. No clue how this place is growing.
