My husband found eileens as an alternative to my favorite great American cookie company for my birthday cake because I absolutely love frosting. eileens does not disappoint with the amount of frosting...where they go wrong is the flavor. I literally could not even eat a piece. The frosting has this weird taste and the cookie is so ridiculously thick. We threw out the whole cake because I (who eats a lot of sweets) couldn't even finish one bite. Super disappointed.

Very fast, same day request for a 12" cake fulfilled no problem. So much better than store bought and very fresh. Made my house smell like a freshly baked batch of cookies when I brought it home. Frosting is heavy on the almond extract, but I liked it. The cookie itself is awesome, I want to try the sugar cookie cake next time!

My wife and I were picking up some Greek food to-go nearby, and passed by Eileen's as we were leaving. So glad we stopped! Excellent cookies! They were full of flavor, very moist (sorry it's thats a trigger word for you lol), and they were HUGE cookies. I had the snickerdoodle and frosted sugar cookie, and my wife had the double chocolate and peanut butter chocolate chip cookie...all delicious. They even have a drive-thru! SCORE! Staff was very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Most cookies are like $1.50 each. Check in on Yelp to get 10% off of your order!

Don't be a dumbass and go to Great American Cookies. Do yourself a favor and go to Eileen's. We got a 12" sugar cookie cake and let me tell you...it's good. REALLY REALLY GOOD. Worth the 1.5 hour round trip. Will be coming back for more cookie cakes in the future!! Plus, we experienced nothing short of prompt and stellar customer service.
So glad this location is open right now to grab a treat! The cookies are very large in size. We bought the current special: buy 5 and got 1 free. We got 6 different flavors to try since this was our first time. The cookies were moist and not dry. If you are someone who doesn't like like things too sweet, these are perfect. They are not overly sweet. Although they are large in size, they aren't too dense to where they will fill you up too much. I will defiantly be coming back.

Customer service is pretty good except they tell you on the phone they offer a military discount but when you get there all of a sudden the story changes to “we keep our prices as low as possible but we don’t offer any discounts“. They like to snatch your money from you when you are paying for your order. The worst thing about the place it’s self is that it smells like old grease and that’s really distasteful for any restaurant.

I am so disappointed I ordered this huge cookie cake for my family for Velentine's Day and when I picked it up it was beautifully done! Everyone was excited and when my granddaughter bit into it she spit it out and we thought it can't be that bad! But it sure was! I am so disappointed. It had no flavor and the icing tastes like licorice! It was horrible!
