Great value and portions. I like the flair, enough seating to handle typical volume at busy restaurant in this part of town. We had omelettes, potatoes, pancakes, salad and a sandwich at our table, all fresh all seasoned well and came out strong to get feasted on. Thank you First Watch!

We eat here at this location once in a while. I took my wife out for her birthday brunch the other day. The food was ok but when we finished and left we noticed that someone else had the shrimps and grits that I had and theirs had a nice piece of ciabata bread on the plate. Mine did not. So when we got home we looked on the website and not only did we notice that I didn't get my bread but my wife noticed the her BLT eggs Benedict was supposed to have sliced avocado on top. I have pictures to prove it most certainly didn't. I was going to call corporate and complain but I don't think we can trust this establishment again. We're switching back to IHOP.

I must confess that this is not the first time I have been served dirty kale here, but this is the last straw, besides the fact that it took them a long time to bring a sandwich and a salad to my table, the salad was dirty.Be careful when ordering greens in your meal, it could make you sick.?And to be told by the manager ironically that “at least you can have your vitamins” as if it were something funny.

Years ago we stumbled across this fun restaurant. The first experience was so incredible we make it point to visit the same location when we visit this part of Texas. All previous visits were 5 star and beyond, unfortunately this visit didn't hold up to the old First Watch experiences.Let's begin with the service, while not bad, it was barely acceptable, what happened, new leadership? New ownership? I realize it can be difficult to build and maintain a Rockstar crew....but this experience was indicative of failed leadership.The building itself is beginning to show signs of wear, the interior and the exterior seating all need to be refreshed.....our table was so broken we had to move. The silverware is dingy, icky, has water scale and just clear evidence that it's been a few years since replacement. The coffee carafes .....come on dented, chiped, stained and icky....handles that used to be black but are now just dirty... the overall state of the restaurant leaves many questions...when is the last time the latrines were cleaned....if the facilities are that gross it begs the question....how clean is your kitchen.Quality, food prices have indeed gone up, and your quality way down. The worst part of this visit for me was the dissatisfaction and disappointment with the million dollar bacon (mdb). In the past the mdb was thick cut and perfectly crisped and prepared bacon strips.....today's visit the bacon and service was worse than Dennys. The waitress never came back to check, by then I had begrudgingly nibbled the majority of the order....once I shared my dissatisfaction there was 0 acknowledgement, no manager follow up just the receipt tossed on the table. The coffee, not sure where the change occurred but the coffee is better at 7-11...just not the quality that once was.The disappointing experience this trip will lead to future debate to return or not. Experience and followup are key factors, this location failed both. Overall the meal was ok. I truly hope that the investment group that owns this chain can bring it back to the 5 star quality itnused to represent.Thank you for extending a 1st responder and military discount.

This was my first time eating here and Weston made my experience first class! The blackberry lemon French toast was my favorite. It had the best flavor. Weston noticed that the eggs that I ordered wasn’t cooked how I asked and offered to fix it. I wanted to replace the muffin with some toast and I was served the muffin which he brought out my toast right after it was brought to his attention. Weston is really HIM! And his customer service was lit af.
