Horrible service! Worst attitude! Terrible people skills! No professionalism!Service: I ordered cupcakes and a 2 tier cake for Sunday at 12 pm. I specifically stated that I would accept they have it ready from Saturday, as long as it’s ready for pick up at opening.My husband was waiting for 1 hour because it wasn’t ready!The cake: I ordered a 2 tier cake, got a 2 layer cake and they insist that it was a 2 tier cake.That don’t have enough experience to know the difference between the 2.People skills and professionalism: After they told my husband that it would take another 20 min; my husband left and went back after 30 min. When he rang the bell for someone to come in front; one of the bakers (the rude one) came out saw my husband and just went back. And then the better of the two came out.It’s a shame for the franchise name, that people like that ruin it. I will never go back or refer them to anybody.I should have stuck to Sugar Mommy’s or Casa Costa, cupcakes are the same in price and taste, but service is exceptional.

Worst service. My order was canceled by the store at the last moment as they ran out of stock. I was told I will be getting a refund in 6-7 business days. However, when I did not receive the refund I called the store but the manager just rudely declined to refund saying we don't refund. Worst customer service.

The worker wasn’t very personable but I bought 6 cupcakes and for spending $4 a cupcake, they were very dry. I was very disappointed in the product.

After trying cheesecake for years at different places and different states. The cheesecake cupcake is a must try at Gigi’s Cupcake.Every bite of the cheesecake was creamy with a cherry and right amount of crust at the bottom. Will writing this review and imagining the cupcake I feel like having one soon.

I like that the owners son was working the counter. Made several great suggestions. Super friendly and honest. The cupcakes are all made daily and delicious. I love the huge amount of icing on them. The wedding cake one with the pearl sprinkles is my favorite. I’ll be back!

Great cupcakes, various options and flavors. Not overly sweet and gluten free options too. I don’t even like cupcakes, but have come back multiple times.

Dear owner, take a look at your final 30 mins sales... people rush to beat traffic to get here after work. I bet if you add 1 service hour you'd raise sales by 5% per day!And if you offered something Keto - you would win many customers!Just an observation... sitting next door at AT&T and I saw 6 cars rush to show up at 5:55pm!

NO LONGER ACCEPTS CASH. After not honoring the rewards program and now, refusing cash, I have no choice but to refuse to patronize Gigi’s Cupcakes. This is just a blatant lack of respect for their customer’s time.

Recently got 2 dozen cupcakes for a joint birthday party. (Socially distanced at the movie theater) Gigi's was great! We got the cupcakes individually boxed and everyone loved them! Thanks for making this a wonderful birthday for my kids!

Firstly, we love Gigi's because they always have several gluten-free cupcake options which is hard to find sometimes! My oldest son has food allergies, so it's wonderful to have safe dessert options.Secondly, the staff is wonderful. On 12/23, my family of 5 had been in isolation for about 11 days at that point after we all contracted COVID (my husband and I are healthcare workers). As a way to get out of the house, I took the kids on a drive to look at Christmas lights. I called the store to see if they would be willing to take my order and let me pay telephonically, and then once I arrived, if they would also be willing to come to the parking lot and put the box of cupcakes on the hood of my car so that I could retrieve them once they left, thereby having no contact with them so that we were still following isolation protocols. They didn't hesitate at all. It may seem like a small thing, but our kids range in ages 5-13, and after being cooped up, sick, and then knowing that we were going to miss time with our family over the holidays, getting to look at lights and eat cupcakes in the car was really a bright moment in an otherwise miserable time.We are now regular customers, where before it was a rare indulgence. They MORE than earned my business and my appreciation by their kind, generous act.

Cupcakes order is smooth. Got it on time and gave additional birthday surprise with the order. This personal touch is why this bakery is so great. It made my sister's day!
