They are making changes that I'm not very happy with. I hate that they started changing the cupcake frosting to swirls instead of the classy rounded style they used to do. They don't even cover the entire top with frosting either, in the past nor now. They are so cheap. I definitely notice the quality is continuously going down. Each one is $4, but honestly they aren't worth more than $2 each with the way they've been making them lately.

Negative. Drove up from Corpus... excited about getting a cupcake I have loved before. Soooo disappointed... the cupcakes were (2 of them) were dry on top, icing crumbled off and the top of the cupcake fractured when I tried to bite it. The dough inside... RAW. Disgusting. Called the employee to report...said she didn't know what to do... asked me to bring IT back tomorrow ... I think I just might take another 45 min of my life to bring this back... Customer service is not her forte... a refund maybe??? Just wow! Management take heed.

I specifically stated that I would accept they have it ready from Saturday, as long as it’s ready for pick up at opening.My husband was waiting for 1 hour because it wasn’t ready!The cake: I ordered a 2 tier cake, got a 2 layer cake and they insist that it was a 2 tier cake.That don’t have enough experience to know the difference between the 2.People skills and professionalism: After they told my husband that it would take another 20 min; my husband left and went back after 30 min. When he rang the bell for someone to come in front; one of the bakers (the rude one) came out saw my husband and just went back. And then the better of the two came out.It’s a shame for the franchise name, that people like that ruin it. I will never go back or refer them to anybody.I should have stuck to Sugar Mommy’s or Casa Costa, cupcakes are the same in price and taste, but service is exceptional.

Worst service. My order was canceled by the store at the last moment as they ran out of stock. I was told I will be getting a refund in 6-7 business days. However, when I did not receive the refund I called the store but the manager just rudely declined to refund saying we don't refund. Worst customer service.

I used Gigi's for my wedding because I love their cupcakes so of course I asked them for a custom birthday cake. I'm horribly disappointed by whomever agreed to pass this off as what I asked for. I would really like a refund.

I really enjoyed Gigi's Cupcakes! They have a great variety of flavors to choose from, and the cupcakes tasted very good. Only knock was that some of them were a little on the drier side, and not as moist as I would have wanted. I love icing though so I wasn't phased at all. Staff was friendly when I ordered, and they even gave me a small discount for ordering a half dozen cupcakes. The red velvet cupcakes were my favorite. Will definitely be back!

Delicious cupcakes! Employees always receive you with a smile and I'm actually surprised of how many bad reviews it has complaining about leaving a tip. As someone who works customer service I totally understand when they suggest leaving a tip because it's not for "handing out" a cupcake, it's the baker, decorator in the back that don't get the chance to make tips as in other jobs because they're in the back putting their heart into it. Cupcakes are always fresh and yummy and place always looks great. Thank you gigis! Pecan is my favorite one up until now.
