We’ve ordered a few cookie cakes from them in the past few years, and each time we’ve added a note asking for a little extra decoration (a rainbow or some spider webs), not expecting much. But every time they go above and beyond to make the cakes look fantastic. I’m so grateful for their hard work.

Stacie is amazing, this isn't the first time she has saved us! We had ordered a cake for our son's end of treatment celebration and the cedar park store closed for no reason and didn't tell us! Do not go anywhere but here! Stacie was able to get us a cake within the hour. She was awesome and we will only be ordering from here from now on!

I ordered a last minute cake for my friend online and had the best customer service experience at the Lakeline Mall location. A very nice lady called me to clarify what I wanted on the design. I told her I would have been happy with stick figures of 2 horses and a dog but she went above and beyond creating a cake with beautiful and wonderful detail.She personally made sure I was happy with the design when I arrived to pick it up. I was absolutely blown away. I could not have been more impressed and so was the birthday girl. The cake was a hit!I wish I knew the lady's name but her attitude and passion was just incredible and really shows in her work. She is truly the model employee by her work ethic and attitude, and I hope she knows just how much she is appreciated! I will certainly always be going to the Lakeline Great American Cookie for my future cake needs!Great American Cookies taste amazing in general but what made this so special was how amazing the customer service was.

It was around 5-6 when we came here. I normally love Great American Cookies, but the cookies were dry, and the cookie cake slice they had looked like it had been at the bottom of a pile and was all squished.

Very friendly manager. There was an issue with the door dash delivery, and the manager went above and beyond to fix it. Very thankful. The cookie cake we ordered was delicious. Very personalized, a lot of care was taken in making and decorating the cookie cake. Will definitely order again. Thank you!

Placed an order last minute for my son's birthday. The employees were quick and friendly. The cookie looked and tasted fantastic according to him and all others at the party!(I wish they offered vegan options, but unfortunately not at this time)

So I am normally a big fan of the cookies from this place. Yesterday I went in and bought a dozen, sugar, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle. The chocolate chip were fine, but the others were so undercooked they were not edible. Sorry just was not happy, spent 19$ and didn't get to eat 9 cookies.

Browses down the counter to check out the selection only to turn around and see two new customers being served ahead of me. It's clear the young girl working there was very young and likely not trained on recognizing the "first come first serve".
