I’ve ordered cookie cakes and cookies from this location and always received excellent customer service.

Taste the same just like they did when I was a kid! As a small business owner, I greatly appreciate a welcoming smile and welcome greeting when walking in an establishment. I was in the area for an estimate and noticed the sign so I had to stop by. Thank you for the delicious cookies and wonderful customer service! I highly recommend Great American Cookies!

Anytime we want to buy a cookie cake we always purchase it at this Great American Cookies location in Cedar Park, TX. Their employees are wonderful .... I ordered over the phone and spoke with Madeline and also Pamela. Such wonderful, helpful people ... excellent customer service. They made us a fantastic cookie cake for our soon to be 12 yr old nephew. They decorated it with a UT football theme and it was absolutely done so well. Our nephew LOVED his COOKIE CAKE ! And, it was delicious. Additional "icing on the cake" if you will ... they also sell Marble Slab Ice Cream! If you love ice cream and have not had Marble Slab Ice Cream .... go now ! It is so much like homemade. YUMMY !! Thanks again to Pamela and Madeline.....you made our family birthday party fabulous !

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Customer service, friendliness, beautiful design, tastiness...all above great. For my daughter's highschool graduation, her cake wish was a cookie cake. This location was able to grant her wish, even after I messed up the order. I will only be getting my cookie cakes from this location from now on. Thanks so much.

Best cookie cakes around! We've been going to this location for years and just picked up another gorgeous and delicious cookie cake over the weekend. I gave a couple of general color and decoration ideas on the online form but gave the decorator creative freedom from there, and she did an AMAZING job for my 8 year old's Hawaiian themed birthday party!! It far exceeded our expectations, and my daughter was so happy. (my photo doesn't do it justice!) My son's Mario themed cookie cake in the fall and Minecraft themed cookie cake the year before were equally incredible. The owners and employees of this location are so personable. It feels like a mom & pop shop vs a franchise. We are truly fans!

The artwork that is done by the decorators is awesome!!! Our kids loved their cookie cake(koala bear and unicorns) exceptional job and it was delicious the customer service at this store is excellent, will definitely be back

This place is amazing! The owner is super nice! The cookies & ice cream were absolutely delicious. My niece was here visiting from Cali & I admit that we tried this place by happenstance. She enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day (one day prior to her leaving), so that she could purchase extra cookies to take back with her for her husband & son. She called upon her arrival to say that they enjoyed them immensely!
