I’m not sure what’s happened with the curbside at this location, but I’ve had several very bad experiences recently after shopping curbside here for the last five years. They seem to schedule too many orders or be understaffed, which causes waiting and then all of the spots fill up with cars. Two times now, I have driven in circles waiting for a spot for over ten minutes. I l even tried parking in a regular spot and going to the building to ask for my order but they wouldn’t give me the groceries and instructed me to keep circling the parking lot. Tonight, my order was not ready when it was supposed to be, which has also happened before. I called and they said it would be about 15 minutes late, since this is their “busy time.” But… they have control over how many orders they take, so again, I’m guessing they are understaffed on shopping or carrying out the delivery. This is the closest HEB to my house, but I started going to the one on Parmer and 1431 whenever possible, where I have never had any of these problems. Unfortunately, I think this is the last time I do curbside at this HEB.

Clean and a lot of selection for a variety of food and fresh vegetables and fruit. They also have premade meals and sushi made daily. Friendly employees.

Constantly see non-service dogs in the store. That’s very annoying. I have a dog too but why do some people get to break the rules and roam around as if they are made of different stuff. Management of the store should ask such people to leave instead of obviously looking the other way.

Thank God for HEB and its continued ability to bring items most of us have consumed for decades. My only peeve would be how much premade Greek salads . Roasted chicken, Pea salad, Carrot, Couscous salad, etc. have risen. I use to purchase 3 at a time , knowing some would have to be thrown away due to expiration dates. Since ur consumers are unable to freeze salads, or risk abdominal discomfort, seems it would be a lot more consumer friendly to make an old HEB change. Instead of throwing the salads in the TRASH, why not pick one day of the week like maybe Thursday getting ready for the weekend. Folks still have money for groceries other than beer. Half priced premade Delicious HEB salads for the entire family to enjoy Thursdays HEB salads, just like Mom and Dad use to bring home. You know that when people get in the HEB parking lot, statistics estimate they will purchase much more than the discounted salads for which they came for. HEB’s profit margins will soar , along with employees paycheck. The rest of us consumers can stop wasting money at small retailers with less quality food items that go bad in a couple of days . Brookshire Bros, Walmart,Target, etc . Lead by example my friend. You are the Best.

My first time really experiencing this store and I had such a wonderful visit. A woman grabbed me when I was looking at chips and helped me download the app, which seems to save quite a bit of money. In fact, I was able to save $10 on groceries at that visit simply because the staff was kind enough to show me.

This HEB is not the cleanest. It is hard to get around when packed. If there are long lines, you can't get down the isles. They need to make check out areas wider, like Anderson Mill

My HEB in Cedar Park is absolutely the best. Whenever I ask anyone a question they make me feel like a celebrity every time. They stop what they're doing and eacort me and carry things for me. Like tonight I asked about some chips I couldn't find and turned out the shelf was empty where they should be but it showed there was supposed to be 13 bags. So three people got involved and located a box that had two bags in it. I couldn't believe they went to so much troubl, but that's just the way they are every time. They are absolutely the best. ❣️

Please, please, please be careful and make sure to check any and all vegetables that you get. Girlfriend just got a salad from this location and one of the tomatoes turned out to be nothing but rubber. I don’t know if this was an honest mistake or something, but with how everything‘s been going recently, Y’all be careful with your food out there.
