The Tortillas here are made and packed terribly. They come apart when you open the package and the paper separators get stuck to them so you eat paper with your Tortilla. I would appreciate it if you guys packed them better and with more care.

Deanna at the HEB plants section was very rude and dismissive of us even before we could explain why we are returning a plant within their policy. Her words verbatim while she was on the phone - “can’t return not watered” and walks away from us to help the next customer. It’s almost like she had an agenda and angst against us. She and her assistant were very judgmental as if we don’t know how to take care of plants and are uneducated. I get it you have 9k followers on Facebook but you don’t need to have an attitude. Where did good old customer service go?

I just wanted to say what a great job you do (Austin Lakeline location)! I had to get my groceries somewhere else for the last couple of weeks, and when I got them from you today I was so happy to be "home"!

I couldn't believe my eyes that they actually had Boston Creme Pie. I hadn't found it anywhere since relocating to Texas 13 years ago and not a lot of folks seem to even know what it is. Bakery staff is slways very friendly and attentive.

Seriously, I have said it many times before and will keep saying it: H‑E‑B is the best. They should govern Texas. When everyone else runs (or flies) away, H-E-B steps in and says “how can we help you, Texas?” I love my store and NO one does more than H-E-B. And for those who don’t know - H‑E‑B is a grocery store y’all. Every disaster, every time. H‑E‑B to the rescue!
