The food was amazing. I had the sampler with a strawberry lemonade and my daughter had the B1 shrimp platter with a watermelon lemonade. Strawberry cheesecake on the side. Yummy!!

Disappointing. That is how I wood describe this restaurant, its food, and the experience of eating here. It was cheap, however, and that can't be undervalued.
For context, I came here a few weeks back to have a snack, a drink, and get some work done on my computer. And the experience that I encountered is not one which I will soon forget.
Food: I ordered a cup of the gumbo. It was lukewarm, overcooked, and smelled and tasted of the minimum-wage apathy you encounter at low end chain restaurants like Applebees or Chilis. Side note: when I closed my eyes to smell the gumbo, to enjoy its complexities and subtleties, to thoroughly experience it, the two teenagers behind the counter laughed at me. This just goes to show the sort of clientele that this business caters to and the expectations it aspires to maintain.
Service: There were two teenaged girls working the counter/bar and expo window and they couldn't have made it more apparent that they didn't want to be there. Their tone was sarcastic and apathetic, their service was slow, and their demeanor was unprofessional and aloof. I wouldn't go here again because of the service alone, much less the rest of the issues I encountered.
Atmosphere: This place is small. Tiny. When I went there was only my table and one other, and somehow the restaurant still felt crowded. The service is counter only so be prepared to order there. The restrooms were rather dirty.
All in all this gave me the impression of a low end chain restaurant aimed at a clientele for whom flavor, atmosphere, and laudable service were long ago relinquished as criteria for deciding where to eat in exchange for a cheaper price.

Wanted to try this place.
Party of 4. Handed menus to seat ourselves. Waited 15 minutes, and we were never acknowledged, welcomed or served.
We left, went to our usual seafood place that never lets us down.
We won't be back.
