HTeaO is fantastic! They have an amazing variety of tea! Our absolute favorite is the cherry tea! Staff is always helpful and friendly, just a great experience all around.

I love this place, when life is hard and everything in your body is telling me to quit my job and move to Romania and live an alternative lifestyle, this HTeaO gives me just the boost in my day to keep going. But in all seriousness I have never had a bad experience here. The staff makes this place such a great environment, they keep all the teas stocked and I have never a problem where the teas taste abnormal. If you have read this long into my review then you should try 3/4 blueberry and 1/4 chai and an orange slice, its a great winter time tea.

This location is off the beat and path and not convenient and they do not do pup cups like the other locations do in Dripping Springs and Pflugerville. One and done with this place.

Let me preface this by noting I really like this business. I've never had a bad experience, but I was taken back a little today when one of the boys apparently was trying to impress one of the girls, keeping in mind that I believe just about everyone that ever works there is a teen. He was restocking cups until the cups were hanging out of the cup dispenser for a couple of feet or more. Then he punched the overflow stack of cups and of course they went flying, all landing on the floor, rolling around. He then proceeded to pick all of them up and place them back into the dispenser. I'm sure nobody will know that the rim of their cup that they have their lips on was rolling around on the floor, but I know, and I will think twice before ordering again.

This HteaO is one of the best locations. The service is quick, energetic, and prompt. Juliet is on top of things, is very professional and is amicable. I come here one or twice every week, and dont see that changing any time soon.
They have a fabulous selection of teas and even lemonade. You can add flavors and fruits too! There's hardly ever any waiting time at all. The staff is friendly and accurate as well.

This is every iced tea lovers dream! So many yummy flavors to chose from, and the staff is so helpful with making recommendations :) highly recommend the almond and coconut combination (it tastes like a wedding cake snow cone) !!

Great products great staff but the store is to cramped. If there was 1 more foot of space in front of tea dispensers this would be a 5 star review. Hopefully they can adjust. Reason 1 extra foot makes the difference is people who want to sample stop the flow and have to walk around the island. I tried 3 teas before I gave up and picked something I didn't prefer due to feeling rushed.
