Last time I will come to this location, your employee was so rude for no reason. First encounter with said employee was the register where she was rushing us to pay, even though we were waiting to grab a lip balm to add to our order but could not get it due to customer being at the other register and in the way of grabbing it. She was clearly annoyed and when we were finally able to grab it she says let me scan it, my hand hadn’t even reached the other side of me yet. Then we are waiting for our gallon of tea and an elderly couple walks in to get water in their water jugs and my daughter steps forward to offer help to carry jugs to their car and same rude employee tells my daughter “ that’s actually my job” , we did not realize us asking the couple if they needed help was such an issue. It all has to do with tone and this employee had a lot of it today. She then proceeds to hand me my jug of tea and barely wipes it down , it’s leaking all down the side, but had no issue wiping down jugs of water. Please make that make sense. So disappointed because I have been to this location before and I have never been treated this way.

1st time here, recommended by some friends. Love thier peach ? tea!,...and they have a great variety of teas!,...and best of all, they let you sample them. They have a variety of snacks to go along with your tea!...
Only one setback,...when I think of enjoying a cold glass of tea, I think of being able to sit down to enjoy it. They don't have a place to really enjoy the experience. But with that said, the staff is really friendly and I would definitely come back!...?

We turned to H2O in an effort to replace starbucks and dunkin. We really enjoy it and they have happy hour everyday 2pm-4pm with half priced drinks. We also recently downloaded the app which offers a typical point system. We really enjoy it. We've also tried doing a gallon but it has gone bad on us. Unless you plan on drinking it daily or sharing with a group of 4+ I recommend just swinging by for a cup.

Their tea is awesome but I wish this location had coffee. Dying to try it and Georgetown is too far for me. ? it would be nice if this location brought coffee in time for the “chilly” season.

I spent a large portion of my life in West Texas. I always enjoyed going to the HTeaO in my town, and I missed it a lot when I moved to Central Texas. This location isn't too far from where I work, and being able to come in and the tea be the same, great quality each time is a treat I look forward to. This location is always clean and nice looking as well, and the snack selection is always great.

Every time I come here I love it! The drinks are great, and the service is top-notch. I always like trying new flavor combos, and they have the crushed ice that I love. There are also snacks for sale if you want something to eat with your drink.
