Ordered delivery through GrubHub. Hunan Chef would not give my order to the driver and manager was very rude when I called to ask what the issue was. She immediately blamed the driver which I very much doubt was his fault. Even though the food was good, will never order from here again based on my interaction with the manager.

This is the worst food I’ve ever had from anywhere. The pho didn’t have real pho broth and was just chicken stock, and the noodles were not the right type. The chicken they served with it was soggy, bland, and disgusting. The chicken wings were horrible, one wing was just a leg with the small end cut off.
Stay far away from this place, they’re putting zero effort into their food.

Guys, the General Tso's chicken I ordered yesterday was terrible. It was stale and soggy, definitely not fresh. Today, I have a stomach ache. What a waste of money. I am so disappointed with the service. It feels like a scam. I am going to register a complaint to the food authority for selling stale food to the customers.

I really think the good reviews in here are fake. They read like advertising. And this place is so bad. Ok I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm really not exaggerating when i say this is quite possibly in the top 3 worst meals I've ever had. Not just Asian food either, but actual meals. The "spicy" wings were NOT spicy in the slightest. I dare to say they were even bland on top of no spice. Tasted like nothing. I was literally able to give some to my 1.5 year old. It was served with sweet and sour sauce and like some kind of version of ranch? Idk. It wasn't good. It was cooked to the right temp, not too crispy or undercooked. But it was anything but spicy and had no flavor.
THE WORST (i want to throw up just thinking about it) was the Chicken Pad Thai. Whoever made that needs to be taken off the line. This was not Pad Thai. It was basically noodles and a tiny bit of chicken tossed in SOY SAUCE. WHAT??? I mean it was SOAKED. That dish was so SALTY we couldn't even eat it. It's sitting in the trash. It was disgusting. I can't even say it was bland, because it was so SALTY. That's the only flavor I got out of this dish. SALT. So gross. I cannot beg you enough not to order this atrocity. The egg drop soup was just okay, but bland even for egg drop. The pan fried dumplings were also okay, a bit mushy but alright.
All in all the whole experience was awful. The only reason we decided to try this place is because we didn't like the dumplings at Hunan Ranch. But I'd rather eat a mountain of those over anything from this restaurant. We really should've just stuck with Hunan Ranch. At least the food there is good. Human Chef is disgusting. Overall, I'm not just saying we're never going to order from this place again. I'm saying I wish I had a time machine so I could go back and rescue our family dinner tonight. That meal was wretched and whoever cooked it needs to be bumped back down to food runner.

Food was so good and late night hospital workers are always looking for something to get good food at a late time and thos place hit that mark. We ordered 6 dishes and each was so great this is our third time ordering and will order again in the future!
The food its really great, the fried rice is amazing, I order take out so I can't say much how is the service overall, but they were really fast and it was great.

Definitely give these guys a shot. I found this place by chance and was happily surprised with what I ordered (Kung Pao Chicken). The specific order was the daily special ($8.95) which came with the main, a serving of fried rice, and a veggie egg roll. I also ordered a side of hot & sour soup. The meal was hot, both from a temperature and spice level, and absolutely delicious. Since that first time, I've been back three additional times and I've been happy every time. I've tried a few other things and enjoyed that, too. No frills but exactly as expected.
What could be better? The restaurant is pretty plain jane. You order at the counter and seat yourself. You can dine in or take out. I've dined in each time. Even so, your food comes in ToGo packaging. I'd prefer a plate but it is ok. Drinks are out of the cooler and served in the bottle. I happen to like ice. Also, not sure if this is good, bad, or otherwise but I definitely felt like there was pretty heavy use of oil in the preparation. For me, the taste was great but I definitely felt a bit heavy coming out of it.

The sesame chicken was tasty! The egg rolls were fine, they were nice and crispy on the outside and not too greasy. The fried rice though was a big disappointment. I’m really happy we got the dinner for 2 deal, because I would have been really upset if we paid extra for this. No veggies, it looks like there is one scrambled egg split between 3 boxes of rice (we ordered an extra side of fried rice), and it barely had flavor.
