I love the drinks here!! The Lion, Cookie Butter, and Pumpkin lattes are my favorites. Their original avocado toast and cinnamon rolls are my favorite food items. I love that their syrups and flavors are all made in house. This is a great place to grab a coffee to go (order ahead if you're in a hurry!) or catch up with a friend. The staff are excellent - always friendly and happy to make suggestions.

Place feels like a coworking spot rather than a proper coffee spot where people can gather and relax. They really need to implement some sort of policy to keep the coffee space from being infiltrated by remote workers. Such a shame since the coffee and food is good. The vibe needs improvement and the place is too small to allow people to take up a lot of space and time with laptops.

First and probably last time I’ll visit Instill. I paid $15 for a day old breakfast taco and the smallest large coffee I’ve ever seen. Since when did 12 ounces become a large? And to charge $8 for a 12 ounce coffee is ridiculous. Very unfortunate since it’s super close to home, but I guess I’ll just stick to making my own coffee and taking it to work.

FINALLY something good in CEDAR PARK like I have been waiting for a place like this. so glad this new plaza is great. today I tried instill today on Labor Day, there is a decent amount to folks but there are some seats left to sit. Lots of employees for a coffee shop which I appreciate. Now to the drinks, MATCHA was great perfect green colour I love to see not like Starbucks or those other mediocre non coffee coffee shops smh. This was a good matcha smooth I think slightly sweetened flavour was great and a great price point for such a good matcha. The decor and vibe is cute boho aesthetic

Great attention to the coffee and delicious, inventive house-made syrups. Maybe the only place that I’ve been to that serves two different roasts of cold-brew. Also one of the only cozy coffee shops in Cedar Park. Just loses a star for the plant-milk upcharge.
I came here mainly to try their strawberry matcha, but unfortunately they told me it’s no longer available and that they’re only running their fall menu right now. I also asked about the four-matcha tasting set they used to have, but the staff weren’t sure if they’ll continue offering it. In the end I went with the Dalgona matcha. The matcha itself was good, I asked for it half-sweet and really enjoyed the drink, but the topping was very odd, and I didn’t like it. The staff were very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to, though they couldn’t give me a clear answer about the tasting set. Just a heads up to anyone coming specifically for the strawberry matcha: it’s not available anymore. The space itself is lovely, bright, spacious, lots of seating, great for working on a laptop or meeting up with friends. Overall I liked it here, though I was a bit disappointed about the matcha situation

The girl working the cash register (wearing a west coast chopper tshirt today wish I could catch her name) - it’s so hard to find such wonderful people and yall have an amazing find here! She recognized frequent customers asking them about their family and had a personal conversation with every person she rang up while still being very productive. Cannot rave more about the customer service here! The coffee is amazing too! Will definitely be coming back!
