Everything we tried here was bad. 1. Breakfast Taco was soggy. It's not freshly made and is just lying in a foil wrapped warmer for many hours. 2. Brewed coffee - it was burnt and bitter. The coffee was served in a cup which has drippings and stains on all the sides. 3. Cappuccino - Very badly made. 4. Collagen Matcha Latte - the drink is priced at $5.75 which is ok if it's a good quality matcha. Now they add a 1$ if you want it with oat milk. We asked for lite ice as we don't want it super cold. The lady asked for $50c extra to reduce ice which and to add milk to compensate that. We paid. Isn't it ridiculous? The ambiance is good. Everything else including coffee is bad.

Instill Coffee - The coffee is not good. We got cappucino and brewed, both failed. The cappuccino has foam but there was no flavor. The brewed coffee of the day (medium to dark) is bitter and not good at all. The croissant is burnt from heating bc it is frozen. I ordered one of the fancy drinks just to make sure I'm giving the right review. They charge for 1) using oat milk instead of whole milk and 2) top up to fill up the cup when you order with less ice.

I order light ice at every coffee establishment that I go to & never in my life have I been given a cup that's only 2/3 full. Cost almost $7 for this. Typically I'm a big Instill fan, but this was a complete turn off.

Love this place! I love the different options that the offer. The Salty Bear and Lions Mane lattes are really good. Service is always quick and friendly.

Nice atmosphere, service is quick and friendly. The specialty drinks are interesting and the syrups they make are great. Didn’t love the drip coffee but the espresso made up for it.

Iced vanilla latte was exquisite (they make their own syrups!) and the staff was very friendly!

I’ve only tried their drip coffee here, but it was definitely great value for the price ($2.75). It’s better than many other specialty coffee shops I’ve been to, and they serve it hot. It was balanced, with good acidity but nice body as well. I suspect they tend to specialize more on iced/flavored drinks on the espresso side, but I’ll have to come back and test it out.

Nice place my gf found and we decided to try out. We’ve driven by multiple times and never knew all the shops that were in this shopping center. One thing that helps is their sign. Their service and coffee are excellent. Their drinks don’t have that weird aftertaste a lot of commercial places have. Their syrups and other things are made in house. We will come here again.

One word: D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! Food: The Not So Simple Avocado Toast was my fave! I'm actually going back today to get it again! Haha Drink: The Lion is I substituted the milk with oat milk and it had such a nice, creamy taste!

Excellent new addition to Cedar Park/NW Austin. My first time here, I got a quad shot espresso. The espresso was delicious, smooth and perfectly pulled. When I first got the shots, the volume seemed on the lower side, but the reality was it was a dense rich pull which came out when I drank the espresso. The machine and barista at least when I visited seemed experienced and professional. The space is really nice and was busy for a Tuesday morning. They have a lot of specialty drinks as well that I haven’t seen elsewhere. If you decide to check this place out, you should also try the bagel place that’s in the same complex.

I used to be a barista at an artisanal coffee shop for years, so I know how coffee is supposed to be made. They made me a cappuccino with foam, not froth, and they made it so hot that it wasn't drinkable (not how you make the drink). On top of that, the shot wasn't dialed in properly - it pulled way too bitter. All this is fine, not every drink is going to be perfect every time, but it had to be one of the worst cappuccinos I've ever had. I rarely do this, but I had to ask for a new drink. They refused to make it because they're a "small business" and their "manager won't let them remake drinks." I feel like better training is needed for that, it's wrong to just make a bad drink and not fix it. I guess that's one way to make sure we never come back?? At least they gave me vanilla syrup to mask the awful shot... not worth your time or money. Update: went to Red Horn down the street and they made the PERFECT cappuccino! Definitely recommend

My friend and I stopped in here after grabbing bagels at nervous Charlie's and we both enjoyed our coffee. They have an interesting menu here where they do some of their drinks with "healthy" add ins like ghee and some sort of coconut oil that is supposedly going to speed up your metabolism. As a biochem major I don't really believe in the validity of this but regardless, my coffee tasted pretty good and that's all that really matters. The staff and location were also nice.

Great location, friendly baristas, and fine ambiance, but it's clear that the coffee is a second thought. Potentially they are looking to be a Summer Moon competitor, which if the case they might be worth a visit. However, the roasted beans are of such horrible quality they only compete against Maxwells and Folgers. If they'd like to be taken more seriously in the area for a quality coffee shop I'd HIGHLY suggest going wholesale on a third wave roaster to compete.
