Pretzels were burnt, they left off half our drinks and when we asked for them the girl accused us of lying about what we ordered. Wouldn’t go back to this location if this is the regular service they provide.

How can you be open for three hours and not have any pretzels made… ask these guys this pretzel place certainly knows how. I placed an online order the staff could not be more dumb and unhelpful of knowing when it was going to be ready. I waited 40 mins for a pretzel and smoothie that never came. I cancelled the order. Worst staff ever. Management please take a look at this it’s not sustainable.

No wonder no one ever comes in here. I placed a mobile order and this dumb idiot younger dude says the order went through but straight up says he didn't make the order. I told him to make it right then and there and he doesn't apologize. Avoid this place

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! Worker today had no idea how to accept credit cards and wasn’t sure how to request the PIN number. Asked if he would accept cash and he was confused and thought I said “ash”. Cmon. Not fair to the employee or the customer.

The greens&ginger smoothie was absolutely delicious! I could drink this every day.
Been there 3 times for pepperoni nuggets. Each nuggets not available for at least 10 minutes. Why have item if your not putting it on shelf to sale? Not sure I will go again.

Initially when they opened they accepted cash, credit or debit for payment. For at least two weeks now they have only accepted credit/debit for payment. I asked when they are going to accept cash again and they stated they are waiting for a decision from corporate. It is frustrating that they do not currently accept cash for payment.

Just want to give a massive shoutout to Gino at Jamba. Called in a big pinch needing 40 smoothies delivered within the hour and not only did he assure me they could handle it but went out of his way to personally deliver them to the location to ensure everything was taken care of. Huge props to him and hope he is valued by his team/superiors.
