Pretzels were burnt, they left off half our drinks and when we asked for them the girl accused us of lying about what we ordered. Wouldn’t go back to this location if this is the regular service they provide.

How can you be open for three hours and not have any pretzels made… ask these guys this pretzel place certainly knows how. I placed an online order the staff could not be more dumb and unhelpful of knowing when it was going to be ready. I waited 40 mins for a pretzel and smoothie that never came. I cancelled the order. Worst staff ever. Management please take a look at this it’s not sustainable.

No wonder no one ever comes in here. I placed a mobile order and this dumb idiot younger dude says the order went through but straight up says he didn't make the order. I told him to make it right then and there and he doesn't apologize. Avoid this place

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! Worker today had no idea how to accept credit cards and wasn’t sure how to request the PIN number. Asked if he would accept cash and he was confused and thought I said “ash”. Cmon. Not fair to the employee or the customer.

The biggest perk of the store is the fact that there is a drive-thru. I am a huge fan of mobile ordering ahead and making things easy on myself. I grew up on Jamba in Los Angeles. Of course I'm not a fan of the prices, but I got a good deal by signing up for the rewards program using their app. Will I come back often? No, this is a little splurge for me every now and then. The taste is just like I remember! I will forever be a Jamba fan.

:(...was expecting to find a good pretzel and good smoothie (miss Jamba since moving here, did not know they existed in Texas). Sadly, neither was very good.Very small location in strip mall near Walmart. Did not know they were here, until heard they were opening up another one off Ronald Reagan soon (hope that one will be better). There were 3 people working, so quiet in there, and nobody looked happy. Took about 5 min for guy to help, as he was assisting person in drive thru. He did not even greet with a smile. He just said "What do you want"? (kind of rudly). My husband and I both got the Pretzel and smoothie combo, as that is what we came for. Both got the Strawberry (something). The menu for Jamba was like half of what we remember in other state. I had to ask for extra cheese sauce on mine. (again, guy did not offer or ask). We waited , and lady came in for mobile order, and she waited (took guy about 5 min to acknowledge her as well). When we got home with order, we sadly disappointed. The pretzels were both burnt on the bottom, and almost hard. The drinks tasted super sweet, and did not enjoy. I really hope new location is better!

Love that this place has a drive thru! My husband kept repeating "Aaah, that's so good" as he drank his blue raspberry lemonade, if that tells you anything. There's a bit of a wait to get those smoothies, but they're totally worth it.

LOVE this place!! Very consistent delicious healthy shakes and decadent Auntie Anne's pretzels. Always service with a smile. And a drive thru!!!!
The people working here on the weekends are incompetent and slow. They provide horrible service and are absolutely no help. We will not be coming here again.

Been there 3 times for pepperoni nuggets. Each nuggets not available for at least 10 minutes. Why have item if your not putting it on shelf to sale? Not sure I will go again.

Initially when they opened they accepted cash, credit or debit for payment. For at least two weeks now they have only accepted credit/debit for payment. I asked when they are going to accept cash again and they stated they are waiting for a decision from corporate. It is frustrating that they do not currently accept cash for payment.
