Must make a reservation! They offer omakase and à la carte options. Sushi is fantastic! The interior is beautiful and the seating is Japanese-style. Really love the Red Crane roll. The wagyu just melts in your mouth!! So delicious. The Kane hand roll is really good-has avocado and unagi. Yummy!! The only complaint is that there are not enough bathroom stalls.

Hands down best sushi ever. Our server was sweet and attentive. The restaurant definitely has a high-end feel. It's hard to choose a favorite dish. The nigiri was fresh and just melted away. The K.T. Special was so yummy, and the spicy scallop hand roll was fantastic. Thank you Kane Sushi for a wonderful meal!

Fancy Japanese spot with fresh sushi! The ambiance/decor feels very Japanese and is a big part of the experience. We came in a party of 5 so we were seated at one of the wooden booths. Prices seem pretty reasonable ($6-$15 for nigiri, rolls were about $18, hand rolls were a little less). You can always keep a menu and keep ordering so I would recommend ordering on the conservative side - it's easy to get carried away! The only downside I would mention is the service time, as the dishes basically came out one by one as they were prepared and in no order. Our chicken karaage "appetizer" didn't even arrive until 3 dishes on. It also took quite a while for our dishes to finish arriving. There is plenty of parking in the complex. This would be a great spot for those looking for an elevated sushi experience!

One of the best hand roll spots around town!! The interior is simple, minimalistic, and absolutely stunning. They're very generous with their fish portions and haven't let me down yet :) I wish nothing but the best for Kane.

Giving this place 5 stars because they deserve it. Such a unique addition to north austin, I feel like this is exactly what it needed. I love the ambiance of the place and how staff sits down to take your orders with you. Service was great and food arrived in timely manner. The foot itself was absolutely delicious and we loved everything on the menu, especially the Uni noodles and yuzu shishi roll. Definitely a place I will be coming back to often.

They are ok. I was so excited to go as I heard about the amazing review. Their vegetable tempura was very disappointing. Unagi was also disappointing, but anago was good! Also, Aji was good. Nasu was not traditional appetizer. Toro roll was amazing though. I guess I was expecting more for foods but good atmosphere for sure.

Best sushi restaurant in cedar park and north Austin! The sushi pieces were so fresh and tasty, melt in the mouth! Uni pasta is one of the best ones I had. The place sits in a new plaza with lots of parking. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed.

This place absolutely blew our minds. My wife and I went here for a spontaneous dinner and were shocked at the quality of food, service, and awesome ambiance. This is such a gem in Cedar Park. We have been to all the big names in ATX and I’m telling you this sits above them all!! Highly highly recommend!!!

It's so nice having a nicer sushi bar added to Cedar Park! Everything was so good, I kept ordering more. This is definitely going to be my go to place from now on.The best things to try are the all the fish on the daily menu!
