The official app, website, and the hours posted on the door stated they were open to 11pm. I arrived at 10:25pm and attempted to order. The employee speaking at the drive through told me they closed at 10:30pm. I pointed out the hours said 11, and that it was also not yet 10:30. The employee then screamed through the intercom that they were closed. Not professional at all.

I had a very bad experience at this KFC location. The chicken was clearly undercooked, and even the flour inside was raw. This is a serious food safety issue. I am extremely disappointed and will not return unless major improvements are made. Please investigate this location immediately.
Went tonight through the drive thru and the food was terrible and not as requested, literally was only one vehicle parked besides ours when we went, was served greasy chicken that had clearly been sitting out a while with mush at the bottom. Ordered two sprites with the meals and one was tinted brown, I’m sure it got mixed with some other soda. Disappointed because every other time at this location was great.

The food they served here is a trash,I think they never change oil which they use to fry chicken our entire family members got food poisoning, this place is not recommended at all, williamson county must conduct health on this place. ### KFC. SO GOOD -SO FAR-###

Chicken was undercooked terribly it doesnt take Gordon Ramsey to see that. I ordered a 8pc the chicken was pink and mushy, I still thank God for the food but this was inedible, expensive, and not worth your time. I'd suggest you look elsewhere, no shot this location passes FDA.

The manager started yelling at me for wanting to use a coupon. It was a coupon that he said was only offered by corporate, and I had to order online when the coupon clearly says in-store only. They could have just offered me a coupon they did honor, but no, I was disrespectfully treated for wanting to use a coupon.

How is 8pc 31$ and if I order it its less at 22 I could get the 12pc there and then Drive thru wanted to finish the order as fast as she wanted cutting off sentences,
After that received the change and told me to dubble check because she wasn't sure... like how is this possible, came here for the reason I hadn't been here for a long time and after this il keep it that way and now I see how yall are always empty!!poor staff and energy regret I could of gone Popeyes!

The KFC in Cedar Park has to be one of the worst ones I’ve experienced. I place an order online on July 29th and was given the wrong order. When I got home I realized it and called back. I called back and was told that I could come by the next day to pick up the correct order. Upon sending my nephew to pick up the correct order on July 30th, the employee was very rude and advised my nephew that be was not giving him anything nor did he know what he was talking about. I asked my nephew to put him on the phone for me so I could explain and I heard him say “I’m not getting on the phone with nobody and you’re not getting nothing without a receipt.” My nephew had the receipt for $16.23, but his conversations were cut off and him not allowed to explain. I sure hate if this had been a huge order, but I do know that I will NEVER patronize this location again.

I had a bad experience. I'm a DoorDash delivery driver. When I arrived, the person at the register was on the phone. She just looked at me, didn't ask me the name of the order, gave me any old order, and didn't even say hello. She was just talking on the phone. Very bad service on her part. I have a photo. She's a woman. 3:22 PM Monday.
Absolutely horrible service, and I would fire the manager on staff on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 4 in the evening, in a heartbeat. I entered the establishment and stood at the front counter for 3 to 5 minutes being completely ignored by every employee in the place. Eventually what appeared to be the store manager came to the counter and said what do you want and I said I would like to place an order. He proceeded to look over my shoulder and ask the gentleman who came in long after me whether he was there to pick up an order. Then he took the pickup order information completely ignoring me. I just turned around and walked out. Absolutely horrendous service and I would fire that manager

They discriminated against me and served and took other people‘s orders before mine and gave them their food. I sat there just waiting 40 minutes, and I was on my lunch break trying to get food to my kids. I was very embarrassed. Other people were apologizing other customers were making comments That was very uncomfortable. I will not return. also, they also weren’t smart enough. They mixed my hot food and my cold food together now my coleslaw is warm thanks thanks a lot never again. Will I go here? You guys are a piece of work. Disgusting. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself. Shame on this KFC.
