Nate the so called manager was using Javier’s logins at the register so people couldn’t see his real name on the receipt. My order he let me know the biscuits were missing from every order because they were still in the oven and I could wait or not have one at all, but still pay full price for a meal that was supposed to include one. I asked him several times what substitutions he could do for the biscuit and he refused several other people in the drive-through lane did not understand why he was being so rude and unaccommodating to customers in line Once I got to the front of the register to pay I could also see several angry customers inside who were obviously not happy with his customer service as well. The person behind me in the drive-through called him several names and told me not to worry about it just to wait and that he wasn’t in any hurry. If he could reduce the price for the missing biscuit, he said that’s not how it works when I asked if he could substitute a handful of fries for my daughter instead of the biscuit again said that is not how this works and was extremely rude the entire time I will not be coming back to this KFC and HIGHLY recommend Driving to a further location until the real manager. Javier gets his people under control.

7/22 I came in to speak with Javier to find Corina the shift lead. I explained everything that happened with Nate, how he was speaking to me, how he assumed I didn’t speak Spanish, and was just incessantly rude to all the customers on Friday night. Corina was very empathetic and wanted my daughter to have good service I’m so appreciative that Javier has a good shift lead under him and I hope he sees this Monday when he comes in and gives Corina a raise for how wonderful she is with customers and staff.
Kid-friendliness: The manager Nate is extremely un accommodating to children.

Terrible place. Do not go. Manager was the only one working. I asked for spicy buffalo and he put Korean bbq instead. I think asked for him to change it and he said they don’t have BBQ (even though it was on their menu). He was very rude and arrogant.

Service was poor in the Drive-Thru we were asked what we wanted then ignored had to go in out of the drive-thru line was ignored for 15 minutes food was okay not a whole lot of food for $30 was kind of disappointed.
Wheelchair accessibility: They had two parking places for handicapped and it was right next to the door it had a ramp that you more or less drove up on and then you just got out of your vehicle it's on the ground floor so yeah it's handicapped accessible so are the bathrooms

Chicken was very good. We buy on special days. Cold slaw not as good as Churches. Churches has them beat, Golden Chick and KFC. KFC has no Senior discounts, Golden Chick and Churches do.

My husband ordered tropical passion fruit lemonade the guy didnot listen to our order and also he was saying he could not understand him. The window guy was very rude and arrogant. My husband ask him for no ice the guy ignored him and filled with just ice. Juice had no flavor at all. Not happy with the service never recommending any one to go there. Poor service.
